It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

Item never arrived
Two items were recently ordered in plenty time for my son’s special birthday. I was forced to pay 5.99 delivery as the items were been shipped from different locations. 1 item arrived but the second didn’t. It was in the evri depot each time I checked. Unfortunately it missed my son’s birthday so had to find a replacement from elsewhere.I was given no update at all and had to email a few times to chase this up. One plus side is that customer service were quick to respond each time and did initiate a refund finally , so I did get the money back ( but not for the extortionate shipping I was forced to have). This was my first shopping experience from Menkind and not the best.

Let me down for Fathers Day
Confirmation of despatched received. Parcel was then being returned to Menkind without reason. No delivery attempted. Contacted them and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Chose replacement. Then received an email shortly after stating stock issue so refund processed. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even sent in the first place.
