Quick delivery, no hassle.

I placed an online order with Makro for a few plastic boxes and some metal shelves. Waited and nothing, checked the site and the price for the metal shelves were x4 the price. What I gather is they cancelled my order because they had priced the shelves wrong. Wont be using them again !!!!

Great company for buying bulky items however thier pricing is a bit on the high side.

I ordered a vax hoover. They used yodel. A rubbish company. Yodel pretended to deliver, gave invalid cards and returned item back to makro (after I had complained to makro). Makro, without contacting me simply refunded the money for the item without offering me any choice of whether I still needed the item. ====================== Ordered again after a few weeks - another promotion, delivered very promptly. Hence overall 3 stars.

Tried phoning Makro Park Royal to see if they might still have some of the wood flooring I bought in stock but all I got was some foreign woman who had to ask someone else everything and still could not give me a sensible answer.Requested a call back from the Dameger and am still waiting .

Makro,Halesowen,Birmingham.-Wed.26/08/09.While shopping in store on wed.afternoon was offered some seafood samples i.e. prawns and mussels.Within 4-5 hours having had nothing else to eat had severe symptoms of food poisoning which incapacitated me for 2 days.Be very wary of seafood samples on offer!!!!!
