Pasje / goldcard werkte niet meer

Pasje / goldcard werkte niet meer. Dat is nu bijna 6 weken geleden. Is er nog steeds niet. Diverse keren gebeld en nagevraagd. Personeel / manager kan het niet zoveel schelen. Wilt u pro worden dan moet u het zelf maar regelen. Zijn al vele jaren goldcard klant. Wat een service bij de makro.

Sad little men

Big place, lots of cheap stuff but theres all these sad looking men (and some rather masculine women) dragging these rattly cages around all over the place! They all look rather depressed and unhygienic and they seem to squish products into these cages like they dont care! Poor little smelly people

Execellent Service - Reetha Govender - Springfield - Makro…

I am proud and extremely satisfied to say that I purchased my Fridge from Springfield Makro. I will do all my Appliance pruchases with the Springfield Makro Branch if you have staff like Reetha Govender. She is energtic,pleasant, and extremely helpful. Her after sales service was brilliant. Stigma zitmaaier …

Stigma zitmaaier gekocht in Makro omdat deze bij Makro 500 euro goedkoper is dan ergens anders. Veel spijt van, verloren geld. De maaier functioneert niet naar behoren, laten repareren in een speciaalzaak. Daar hebben ze me getoond dat het NAMAAK STIGA is! Dat ding krijg ik amper gestart. Ben het zo kotsbeu met Makro's gemene praktijken!!! Geldklopperij en dieven zijn het bij Makro

Onbetrouwbare levering via webshop

Op 28 mei hebben wij een bestelling geplaatst via de webshop met de belofte 'vandaag besteld, morgen geleverd'. Helaas hebben wij tot op heden nog NIETS van deze bestelling om en bij de €600 (wel onmiddellijk betaald) gekregen. Bij deze wens ik dus vooral andere kopers te informeren om voorzichtig te zijn bij bestellingen. Ook de dienst na verkoop is erg laks en sturen ons van het kastje naar de muur. Wij zijn erg ontevreden, maar kunnen helaas niet op medewerking van Makro rekenen om het probleem verder op te lossen. Eerder wordt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid afgeschoven op de leverancier. Als ik me niet vergis hebben wij als koper niet voor deze leverancier gekozen, en wel voor Makro. Spijtig.

One more dissatisfied customer .for MAKRO.......

I am sorry to say that our experience with Makro was a terrible... first of all the they send us only half of our order which has put us in terrible state during an event with 250 people gathering.... (we did a shopping again for the missing things) called to compliant they just ended the call with a simple sorry and excused themselves with a 3 day delivery after the event day ( which is of no use to us now after the event) ( end of day we have to spend extra money for those missing things and extra stuff piling at our place) Yodel delivery services is pathetic ....made us waited for a whole day to delivery ...without any information regarding parcels... IN SHORT I WOULDN'T SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY ANYMORE WONT EVEN SUGGEST THEM TO ANYBODY .....

Makro is niet in staat correct te leveren

Makro is niet meer in staat bestelling te leveren! Zie mijn review van zaterdag 8/4. Niet alleen komen ze hun belofte niet na. Ze slagen er niet in om vandaag dinsdag te leveren ONDANKS de melding van Dynalogic dat levering zou gebeuren tss 8u en 22u. Gezien in track: 'geannuleerd wegens manco aankomst'. Welke klant begrijpt deze taal? Goed bezig Makro. Wat een circus om 2 fietsen te leveren die notabene al betaald zijn.

Personeel zonder verstand van zaken

NIEMAND die ergens verstand van heeft!!! Als je aan de jongen van de wijn vraagt, wat kosten die goedkope wijnzakken...hij zei, €1,85 per stuk!!!! Was per 10 stuks!!!! Een caissière die te dom is dat ze uit haar ogen kijkt....ze maakte alleen maar fouten!

Makro Bristol. Fish section- service very bad. There is an offer that they will cut the fish. But the guy there refuses to cut saying that he ia busy. Better appoint a friendly staff there

Really good prices and products

Used for business - always really good products with great trade prices. Used to pay by cheque which was good because the products would have been paid for by the time the cheque was cashed making it good for cash flow.

Bulk order for wedding

We was a bit unsure about buying online and from a company that we never used before.. We were getting married and doing our own DIY wedding reception, so needed sweets, paper plates, napkins etc.. when ordering food we were concerns about use by date etc.. so contacted a member of staff on Facebook, who was very helpful :) we placed a small order as this was our first time using Makro. order arrived on time and all was fine, so we placed another order and again great service :) would use Makro again :)

UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES AND CARELESS PACKING OF ITEMS.

I was happy to see I could buy food online as my Makro card was now out of date and I could not be bothered getting it sorted. I ordered quite a few items, when they arrived I had received someone else's order. I rang them and they said they would collect the incorrect order on Friday and deliver my correct order. A driver collected the wrong order but did not deliver the correct one. I rang Makro again and was waiting on the phone for 30 minutes so put the phone down. I waited in again Saturday when my order was delivered. The second order I put in was delivered correctly but items were short-dated. I rang them up and was told, sorry it is a wholesalers not a normal food store so there is nothing they can do. I said if it is a wholesalers then you should not be selling food online because your customers will be the normal household shoppers, not shops. They said that is how it works. So take my advice, don't buy in bulk because you may find your item are out of date in two weeks and you may be stuck with 120 cartons of UHT long life cream which normally lasts for 6 months. I know because I have purchased it before from another supplier.

Delivered as expected

Great way to buy in bulk for some of those pesky household goods that are always running out. Will definitely use again although need to check prices are competitive at time of ordering as they can vary from time to time.

Terrible Service

I have had to use makro's a few times for my business buying sweets mainly, but every time i had boxes broken, snapped etc, the last time was the worse, 5 out of 9 boxes were not only broken but like they were cut in half and sweets were all over the place. I will never ever use them again!!!!!!

Waardeloze service

Telefonisch contact gezocht i.v.m. de voorraad van en artikel in de folder. De voorraad kreeg ik te horen, maar het was niet mogelijk om doorverbonden te worden met de vestiging die voorraad had of om het artikel te laten reserveren in de winkel. Erg slecht en erg klantonvriendelijk, deze omzet lopen ze mis en het ging toch al zo lekker met het bedrijf, ik snap wel waarom.

Shocking.

After researching makros opening times, which clearly stated mon-fri 9pm close. Myself and my friend decided to go. On arrival at 8:00pm we were treated by barriers at entrance. Our journey is a 40 minute round trip. We are very disappointed that this was the case and from now on we will take the longer drive to your competitor Costco. Thanks and good bye.

Zeer slechte service naar de zakelijke klant toe

Normaal gesproken ga ik altijd naar een Makro vestiging toe. Daar zijn ze klantvriendelijk en prettig in omgang. Dit keer had ik echter geen tijd om de Makro te bezoeken voordat de actie was afgelopen. Ik had dus een koelkast besteld bij de webshop van de Makro. Ik heb de klantenservice (duur 0900 nummer) gebeld over de bezorging. Het zou de nacht van tevoren worden doorgeven in een tijdsbestek van 2 uur. Dat klinkt redelijk want ik heb altijd veel zakelijke afspraken staan en 2 uur is nog goed in te plannen. Ik had echter op internet gelezen dat de bezorging wel te wensen over liet qua tijdsbestek. Daarnaast las ik ook dat de bezorgkosten opnieuw in rekening zou komen bij een nieuwe bezorging. Toen ik de klantenservice daarmee confronteerde kreeg ik te horen dat ze de kosten op zich nemen mocht het later dan het aangegeven tijdsbestek zijn mits het niet om onvoorziene omstandigheden zou gaan. Ik confronteerde de medewerkster daarmee dat ze daardoor zichzelf altijd wel kunnen indekken en nog niet de garantie leveren zoals beloofd dat na het tijdsbestek de kosten voor de Makro zijn. Ze zei daarover geen uitspraak te kunnen doen of te willen geven... Conclusie: - zeer klant-onvriendelijke klantenservice en vooral zakelijk zeer onprofessioneel. - service bieden maar met een argument onder de noemer van onvoorziene omstandigheden totaal dus geen service geven - telefoonkosten die erg duur zijn. Dat verbaasd mij omdat je zou verwachten dat de makro zakelijk zou zijn ingesteld.Dat zijn ze wel voor zichzelf maar niet voor de zakelijke klant. - Als je de hele dag thuis bent is deze optie prima maar als je een eigen zaak hebt met veel afspraken buiten de deur raad ik dit ten zeerste af! - Ik bestel nooit meer wat via de webshop.

Rip off prices.

No longer are the prices great and low but rubbish and high. I cannot believe the prices for NON branded products. There non-vat prices are higher than the supermarkets standard price. The Leicester store was empty, cold and un-inviting. The canteen was closed and twice the price of Costco. A complete waste of time AVOID.

dreadfull customer service

Went to the hull store on 25th April , as we fancied a look around and id been told that my wot place get in if we show our employment card, As we approach the entrance, a very abrupt woman (short , old woman wiv black hair n red lipy) asking if we had our member card , we started of saying no ...but... Then she shook her head saying we wasn't allowed in, she didn't give us time to state .no we wasn't members but would like to apply as we have just opened our own shop, we then pointed to the desk n said loudly oh go over there then, the woman on the desk had herd her but insists on looking down acting busy leaving us stood there like idiots...seeing this the first woman came over and acted like she had never spoke to us , even tho she had approached us as we walked in !!! Can I help she said ??? I asked her what I had to do to become a member she said ...dont no sorry, I said I had a wot employment card...yes you can use that she said...but you will never be a member...all you will get is a scrap bit of paper wiv a number on in the future....the customer service is awful, she obviously has no customer experience and she clearly doesn't no her job !! Ive taken this matter to the head office
