A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. We have had absolutely first class service from Lupain Estate agents. Imagine our predicament - Victor had sold our Apartment in Fanabe the week before the Corona virus lockdown. My wife and I were stranded in the UK. Without the hard work and support of Victor we could very easily have lost the sale - he certainly "walked" more than the extra mile. Victor's communication was always excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him.. All the staff at Lupain Properties are friendly,professional and trustworthy. We unreservedly recommend them - they thoroughly deserve 5 stars.

We were approached by Alessio after we reached out to get a viewing for a few apartments. I must say, we've contacted a few realtors before Alessio, some of them worked veeeeery slow. Alessio was on time, quick, and efficient. He helped us see all the apartments we wanted to view, arranged everything and made sure we will see the apartments that were a must for us. At the end we purchased a lovely apartment with his help. I highly recommend him!

I have used Victor and Lupain Estate agents to both buy and sell my property in Tenerife over the last couple of years. Nous avons contacté Lupain par mail de France et mis aussitôt en relation avec Milena qui parle très bien le français. Nous avions une demande très précise qu'elle a trouvée très rapidement auprès de ses relations.
