We bouth our first home with knights sollicitors they did a great job.
A very professional team led by superb solicitor who acted for me both on a sale and purchase of a property, He answered all my questions quickly and explained any legal issues suscinkly. It made the whole process much easier and I would highly recommend Knights as an excellent firm of solicitors.
Jodie Coy and her team made the sale and purchase of our property straightforward. The property we sold had an unusual lease and freehold arrangement, coupled with the purchase of a new build there were many challenges. Recommended.

Fantastic experience with Geth and Fiona at Knights, very professional and efficient, and worked hard to ensure we met our stamp duty deadline by completing the sale within 7/8 weeks. We received continual communication on the progress of the sale, and swift responses to emails or phone calls. Would definitely recommend to others.

One of the main reason my property purchase fell through is 'KnightsPLC'. I had a horrible experience with them for almost 3 months' during my home purchase experience that eventually fell through. - I chose this firm based on the recommendation from my estate agents ( a big mistake!!) - You cannot talk to the solicitor who is handling your file. Period. So no updates!! - It looks like that they do not have inter-department communciations. 'Searches' was done by another firm (lifetime legal) in which Knights PLC are panel solicitors. Lifetime legal was very responsive to my enquiries and they confirmed multiple times that the reports were sent to the solicitors. Searches department sent the reports a month earlier and my solicitor didn't have any clue. I have to finally follow up to obtain the copies of the reports and personally send them over to the solicitor. - Each solicitor, I believe is overloaded with too many case files and does not have the capacity to handle them. My case was unnecessarily delayed and the seller pulled out of the sale due to a delay in the overall process (mainly due to my solicitor). After informing them about the vendor pull out from the transaction (through email), they (junior solicitors - lol) still reached out to me at least twice (after a month or so) with further updates regarding my purchase process which clearly shows how bad they are with tracking the case files and their status. I wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends/family!

Professional, attention to detail, courteous and friendly. Went out of way to help and advise on each stage of the sale and buy process. Asked for additional help to resolve a planning issue on our purchase and could not fault the quality and timing of the help. Would thoroughly recommend the services of Gethin and Hannah.

Geth, Katia and Hannah were fantastic, can't recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions, no matter how trivial, were answered promptly. In fact the speed of email replies was amazing, I'm not sure Geth actually sleeps!! We received excellent advice and the house sale went through without any hitches, thank you to the whole team.

From start to finish both Geth and Fiona went above and beyond for us. They were great at keeping us informed throughout the process, with regular updates via telephone or email. They had loads of knowledge and shared this with us. The whole sale process was completed within 12 weeks, with both of them working relentlessly to ensure we saved on the stamp duty. I would highly recommend Knights and would definitely recommend both of these guys

My new mortgage lender chose Integrar, which is owned by Knights plc. I figure they rely on such contracts, since individuals would never select them based on their appalling customer service. Sadly my experience has been the same as the many google reviews I have read. Despite a total of 8 emails spread over two months and over a dozen phone calls I have had zero contact/response from Integrar regarding my issue. Ultimately I have been charged an extra fee I am not happy with. I have also reached out to their parent company ‘Knights plc’, but over 3 weeks on from that email, they too have elected to ignore me. I have raised a formal complaint with the new mortgage lender who will take it to the Integrar seniors directly, since such behaviour is unacceptable and does not reflect their website description of themselves, quote: “a market leader in the provision of conveyancing services”. Far from it in my opinion.

Very poor service. Barely any communication, took on average 5 emails and 2 voice messages to receive one liner of an email, usually last thing so nothing could be done until the next day. Estate agency were told we're ready to complete, over a month later I ended up losing the property. I wholeheartedly believe it was due to the poor service I received from them. No foresight into what will happen next, or what might take longer so maybe should start that part earlier. Very quick to blame everyone else (Sellers solicitor (who to be fair, wasn't the easiest i believe!), mortgage broker etc). Absolutely appalling.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Knights. Gethin and his team (Katia and Lewis) were exceptional throughout keeping us informed and always accessible. Their calmness, professionalism and expertise ensured the smooth transition of our house sale despite significant challenges as changes to stamp duty loomed.
