Terrible service. Avoid!!
Left 3 messages with the local tenancy solicitor at the Newcastle Under Lyme branch. Rang for a 4th time and complained to the receptionist that no one was returning my calls. Finally spoke to the solicitor (a partner according to the website) who was frankly rude and denied receiving any messages on both her mobile and direct line. I was instructed to e mail her my details and she would get back to me. I’m still waiting!! Terrible service avoid and find someone who wants your business

Outstanding...
Outstanding.... just outstanding, everyone we dealt with went over and above daily to ensure our sale and purchase moved quickly, our transaction was challenging due to our buyers solicitors being very difficult, however Tiany and Natalie worked tirelessly day after day to get it through to completion, Knights are by far the best solicitors i have ever worked with, highly recommended

Charlotte Goodson and Sharon Dube were Amazing!!
Charlotte Goodson and Sharon Dube were amazing in steering a very complex multiple client chain to completion where we were the end of chain clients. They explained everything clearly, communicated regularly and responded to emails/telephone calls very quickly. Out of hours work and non-standard liaisons across the chain were undertaken routinely without concern. I would wholeheartedly recommend them both and the Knight's brand to friends and family. A job very well done!
