Fantastic experience as a first time buyer
Was referred to Jodie at Knights for the purchase of a new build property, as a first time buyer navigating the purchasing process was incredibly overwhelming and stressful, however, Jodie and the team over at Knights were incredibly helpful and professional, providing reassurance, promptly responding to any questions and clearly explaining everything along the way, they made purchasing a house so stress free and simple that it felt like I was buying a coffee with a few forms to sign. I worked with Scott Oakley, who helped me purchase my first home in London. He provided a truly exceptional service, always responding to me quickly with updates or to patiently answer my questions. He added speed to the transaction by acting as a project manager, coordinating regularly with the estate agent and seller’s solicitor to chase down updates and move the transaction forward. Ultimately, he left me feeling very reassured throughout the whole process from both a technical capacity with his knowledge and experience, to his ways of working and stellar communication.
