Very nice people working with a very…

Very nice people working with a very unfriendly company culture where they hide decision makers behind firewalls without phone and email contact from the customers they claim to serve. Even there friendly customer serve people can on send them an internal note and tell you it will be 24 to 48 hours tell we hear anything, This should take 10 minutes to fix if they empowered CS. They'll shut your services down and take days to resolve their mistakes. Not what I bargained for. Marketing is slick, actual ability to resolve problems is sick.

I have been left high & dry without…

I have been left high & dry without anyone able to give me confidence that I will ever have a functioning email again... My company was advised by Just Host to upgrade to Office 365 for our email service. This cost me £100's. After several calls to find out if the service was now up & running I was told it wasn't. I asked the to help us get it functioning and then, wiithout any warning, we lost our entire email service. i have been told it will be for the entire work day. I feel totally in the dark as to how this will be resolved but I do know our company cannot function for an hour, let alone a day, without an email service. I am frustrated, angry and fed up of calling a Just Host Help number that doesn't seem to be able to resolve our dilemma.... and we paid extra for this service?!

Crooked POS company

Crooked POS company. They charge you for services after you have canceled everything with them and set to NOT auto-renew. The amount they charge you will be not small either, it will be several hundred dollars and then no one from their company will help you. They are the most incompetent and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them to anyone. I only hope that they have to lose several hundred dollars to a fraudulent company and then be stuck dealing with people as unwilling to help them as they have been towards me.

Would give them zero stars if…

Would give them zero stars if possible.. Unfortunately for me I have been with justhost since 2002. Many problems over the years, but this is the last straw, recently they decided to migrate my site "for better performance". Well I lost all potential Christmas sales as my customers could not access my webshop.I couldn't upload anything to my 'migrated' site and today 2nd Jan I've been on their online chat - 2 operators now and going round in circles. I'm leaving them and starting again elsewhere. Happy New Year!

Incompetent technical support.

I have hosted my website for last 3 years , and recently upgraded from Plus package to Pro and part of the migration my existing website should have be live until the migration completed. However part of the migration my site has been down for over a week now. Expect a routing upgrade should have been smooth switch over however technical team unable to resolve the issue , no update and poor communication. I am without email and website and losing business and credibility.

This is probably the most incompetent company ever

This is probably the most incompetent company I’ve ever come across. I built my website using their template 9 years ago. It has suddenly vanished because they no longer support the platform it was designed on. It’s now over a week and despite hours spent on live chat and phone help I’m continually fobbed off. They really don’t care. It’s cost me £70 in phone calls, plus paying for backup. Live chat operatives give me different and totally wrong advice in varying degrees. Meanwhile I have no web presence, no help, and in a couple of weeks have lost my business entirely. Never ever use this company

I have never experienced a more…

I have never experienced a more incapable set of people in my life. The people are friendly, but no one has a clue what they're doing. Unfortunately it's not my business but I am doing everything in my power to make my company leave this awful awful service provider. Everyone in my company constantly has an issue of some sort.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, online chat is completely hopeless and the phone support sound like they are on drugs AND are completely hopeless. Backend of their website is a horribly customised (ruined) cpanel, sections of which are completely broken. Trying to follow their own FAQ steps results in nothing but frustration. Their whole service is very second rate. Avoid.

Be careful

Be careful, hosting Justhost provides the most unprofessional service. A complaint from a competitor was received on my site, which was sent from the Gmail and without excerpting confirmation of a violation of rights. Manager of Justhost asked from me to remove the content from the site and wrote: " As Justhost is not in a position to determine or validate who owns disputed intellectual property rights, please contact the complainant directly to resolve this issue. In the meantime, access to your website will remain suspended unless the material in question is removed, or we receive a court order, or verified instructions from the complainant stating otherwise." After I asked for evidence of the violation, I received a letter: " Thank you for your response. Access to your website will remain suspended unless the material in question is: Removed, OR We receive a court order, OR We receive verified instructions from the complainant withdrawing their request. For additional questions, please see our User Agreement, Section 6.B: "...You acknowledge and agree that Just Host may, but is not obligated to, monitor Subscriber Content and may immediately take any corrective action in Just Host's sole discretion, including without limitation i removal of all or a portion of the Subscriber Content, and suspension or termination of any and all Services without refund of any pre-paid fees. You hereby agree that Just Host shall have no liability due to any corrective action that Just Host may take, including without limitation suspension or termination of Services." I hope this email finds you well. Below you will find a quick three-question survey; this is to show my direct supervisor how I am doing. It will take about 10 seconds to complete & you will also be provided with an opportunity to leave feedback as well. Kind Regards, Melissa A. " What to do? What does it mean? Justhost simply does not want to deal with clients ... and non-professional managers cannot solve the problem as it should. If you do not want to lose money because of their lack of professionalism, find another hosting

This host services is very bad

This host services is very bad. Customer services is very bad. I cancel their services on april 2019, but still they are charging my card. I tried to reach their boss is very difficult. Every time I am calling them, they said you do not this you did this blah blah blah. It sucks.

Robbers! Stay away!

My hosting was transferred from hostclear to justhost when they shut for business. I tried to call the number they provided to get some help but it was unavailable. I have been trying to log in to my website but even though I have already been charged, it says that my account has expired and I need to make another payment. In fact, my website has been down the whole time. Not only very inconvenient but also i lost the money they automatically charged me. Email support said they cant find the payment even though i sent them my bank statement showing the payment with paypal reference number. The last thing I heard from them is that they will investigate but months later after a follow up email, not even a reply. I would not recommend them to anyone. Don't even think about it. Stay far away!

I have been using this company for a…

I have been using this company for a few years now but just lately my site has gone down twice due to problems at there end, my site has been down for several days now and I have been told by them to just wait whilst they try and fix a known fault. Their live chat is so frustrating and slow. I feel badly let down and will not use these once my contract with them is up

If I could give this company zero stars I would

If I could give this company, no stars I would. I have been with for many, many years, with the occasional outage, that they have always fixed promptly. I have now been without email or web site access for 4 days and counting. I have spoken to their online chat every day to be told that, the problem will be fixed in hours. Nothing happens. The only compensation offered has been one months free subscription on renewal. I won’t be renewing. Something has gone seriously wrong in this company. My advice to any one thinking of using them is simple. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

My rating is -1000000000 * Just Host can deserve all abuses in all language of the world... Before 1 day I renew my WHM panel and next day their reply is like this: I understand your concern . I would recommend you to switching over to an alternative hosting provider- ResellerClub.com. ResellerClub will be provide ALL levels of customer support once you sign on with them. Any questions about their service, capabilities, or other issues should be directed to their support team. ResellerClub may provide managed migration services for cPanel/WHM based Resellers.

HORRIBLE HOSTING COMPANY

HORRIBLE HOSTING COMPANY, DECEPTIVE TRADE BUSINESS PRACTICES... Our company purchased an Hosting and Lifetime Domain service via E Host. E Host was brought out through Just Host. Our company was told that (by E Host and Just Host) our E Host Hosting price would remain the same for 3 years at 99.00 and our domain would be lifetime. Well I've had to call Just Host about this matter 7 times already and honoring what they stated when I spoke to a Just Host supervisor who stated everything would remain the same that we had purchased from E host. Well Just Host without sending anything in writing charged our CC card account on 5-3-19 for 449.64 and also charged us a our domain name which was suppose to be lifetime. Again, I've called 7 times about this matter and it's still hasn't been resolved they've suspended our website and email accounts and yet we received NOTHING IN WRITING FROM THEM REGARDING PRICE TERMS OR SERVICES AND CONDITIONS. We're filing a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and the BBB for deceptive business practice and providing nothing to us in writing.

This is BADHost

This is BADHost. During a migration made by them they had a crash and lost all the site and mail data. we are offline since 3 days now and the very kind, useless chat people from India, just keep saying that has been escalated, but they do not give any real support. Please go elsewhere. They do not take care at all about their customers
