I've been with eHOST, bough by Justhost for 7+years Very happy with the hosting and amazing 24/7 support team! hosting is very fast although my servers are not on SSD - uptime SLA is very good! overall very happy with JustHost and I will continue with them for many more years to come P.s I have tried many hosting providers, JustHost is the best I've seen so far
An outstanding representative-bar none! For 3 days I was unable to make my websites work - none of the previous employees could help. Only she fixed the issue within a couple of minutes. She deserves a bonus and promotion!
Don't use just host. Always virus and no proper support system.
My website was down, I finally got through to a representative who told me that my files had been deleted. He said that Just Host sent me an email a few months ago to notify me that payment hadn't been received but I did not receive any emails. I had my account set up on autopay with the same bank for 7 years. It was difficult to get through to a representative, and he kept shifting the blame to my email provider. Terrible experience, do not waste your money on Just Host.
they will continue to bill long after you e closed your account. every year for years!. Change you bank account number immediately after canceling !!!!
I used Just Host for a while. Service started getting worse, customer support were difficult to get any help from so eventually moved all my hosting else where. Pricing wasn’t great either. Not impressed.
They are a ripoff -- terrible service while i used them -- cancelled and they still try and bill. Horrible customer service -- horrible experience and cost me money when they admitted they should not have billed me. If you have a business i suggest you do not use them.
So, I got my website hosting though Just Host after reading about them and how good they are. Everything seemed fine at first. I have been with them for about 6 or 7 years. 1) About 2, or 3 years in to the policy. My website address has started going to other websites. I managed to get it back. 2) Since 2018 some of my pages have been flagged up as dangerous. These pages are mostly HTML5 pages and do not have JavaScript. It seems my pages have acquired bad backlinks. 3) Recently I logged in to my account to upload something and everything (And I do mean everything) in the public_html has been deleted. No notification or anything was sent. Luckily nothing of values was in there. I can’t seem to get through on webchat and phoning a US number from the UK will cost too much. If you are looking to design a website, do NOT go with these guys!
I had my website hosted with Justhost and cancelled by hosting in April 2021 and transferred my domain to another company. Justhost billed and charged my credit card without my authorization $215.88 for services that they no longer provided. When I asked for a refund they only offered a partial because they were charging me from July 2021 to today for services they nolonger provided ???? Dont use these crooks.
JustHost switched my website off and only when asked declared their website builder I had used for 10 years was no longer supported. This ended the site and the business. I'm utterly flabbergasted at their arrogance: no contact, no response, no compensation, no business sense of responsibility, and no customer support.
Do not use this company. They will not own their problems. Their website builder uploads phantom pages that don't belong and they screw up Google search. They say it Google search problem. I have moved one webpage to a different host and in the process of moving 2 more. I will never use or recommend this company. They also own bluehost.
Avoid. With 25 years in the technology sector I can say with hand on heart that JustHost and its stablemate brand GoDaddy have the honour of providing the worst customer experience ever encountered. Watch out everyone for the Auto renewal uplifts to three years on domains and added on hosting costs for parked domains. We are desperately looking for European owned web domain and hosting service to move everything off this terrible company
Not sure why all the bad reviews, have 2 websites with them and several emails account for over 10 years. I deleted an email account by error last week, the support team was easy to get a hold of and they restored my emails with 48 hrs.

I have stayed with justhost , for a few years. The customer service is good. Absolutely awful experience 2021. After seven years they tell me , I am brench of the policy? I am leaving going to godaddy or gator. This is unreal. I do not recommend just host. Read the new policy for 2021 if your a entertainment agency.
Absolutely awful experience!! 2 of my websites got deleted without any warning, I have no back up and lost it all - all the time I spent creating them, money I paid for the developer to set them up, memories etc!! Apparently they sent me an email which I never received!! Not sure why they cannot call people, surely most people don't want to just get their websites deleted without any backup and lost forever!! I am in absolute shock and devastated of loosing my websites without any warning!!!!
My website was down for 2 weeks. I asked for my money back as they promise 99.9% uptime. Refused to give me my money back and then stole my domain.
Been with Just host for years with no issues but they have recently managed to loose an entire website.!!! Can't phone to talk to anyone, web chat failed 4 times until the 5th time I was told there was a known issue with safari... Now have to rebuild our site at our expense, no compensation just an apology that their back ups only go back 3 weeks. Just fantastic... : (
