Frankly, it would take far too much time to explain what inspired such a negative review. I am leaving Justhost after being a client for far over a decade. It really turned out most unpleasant. One good thing happened within this new mess from them. It was their customer Support Staff, today, it was a lady named Princess, she found a solution that I can live with while the situation is on a countdown for resolution. There was a time when I would have had only good things to say about Justhost. Darn shame! But, thank you Princess for eas'in the pain of it all.

Awful. After being a customer for many years, this past week has really done it. Platform wide issues which are impossible to get the support to understand. They state you need to optimise the issue even though the issue is with their own website. They keep repeating the same line. Will be leaving them asap.
Stop! Don't Use Justhost!!! It is impossible to contact these people - I presume this is deliberate because I moved my domain and hosting away from them recently and they are still charging my credit card - it seems they are holding my domain hostage!
The customer service representative took my case and escaleted to the proper instance, she was very helpful and ultimatley I recovered all the infomration of my web page, including my emails. Keep the good work.
We have been with Justhost for over 10 years. The webhosting and email accounts are highly professional. There are no crashes or data loss. It is also the cheapest host and umlimited email storage. The telephone customer support is very easy to get in touch and they are exceptional in helping.

I've been with JustHost for 15 years. The pricing is great and the customer support is outstanding. The C-panel and hosting features are well-designed and easy to use, with an indepth knowlege base to learn new tools. For more challenging problems, they provide excellent phone support. While the company seems to have made some cost-cuts since BlueHost bought it (cutting back live support from 24-hours to business hours), I still find it an outstanding value. Very little down-time. I've comparison-shopped many times since signing up, and found nothing that outperforms JustHost.

JustHost (one of the BlueHost / Web.com companies) is the best! This group of companies has the best service and prices. They are always a phone call away. You only get reviews from people who had a bad experience obviously. So I am thankful that I found this and randomly got the chance to make a fair unbiased review. I have used them since I started hosting and they not only have free 24/7 customer support but they give Unlimited Websites and Emails and wordpress and other automations all for the low price And they are Jacksonville, FL owned and operated. The people on the phones in the Phillapines are very polite, educated and helpful always (I think it's better than any other country even potentially American TBH since these people are so polite and knowledgeable). Gotta love Web .com/Justhost!!!!

Have been using this hosting service for several years. Have had very few issues and those weere resolved quickly with a call to technical support. Lots of help for those who are not really tech savy.
There is not many Technical Support reps I have met which can not only understand my issue but more so fix it promptly. Jerry one of the tech reps did exactly that. Justhost you better take care of this rep or I will steal him from you and hire him myself and pay him more. Where do they make more Jerry's? I need to find out. We worked for years to extricate ourselves from this mess of a company. Archaic control panel limitations plus other hosting, mail, and registration issues were chronic, but more importantly is their bizarre practices of domain hostage-holding. Justhost and BlueHost are resellers for Enom. So moving a domain from them is a nightmare... Luckily only a small part of our portfolio was with them, but it was too much. Although we could unlock our domains in our JustHost domain portal, they were still actually locked in the eyes of Enom, and showed as locked by Who-Is. It took 2 years and countless hours dealing with justhhost's insistence that they "couldn't do anything more" before their technical support finally authorized Enom to unluck the domains at their end. A year later we are still getting reminders from justhost about domains they don't hold anymore, and our old client portal still lists domains that they used to host for us but haven't had access to - and some domains we long since sold - in some cases for literally 5 or more years. They should not be holding onto any of that data or soliciting to get domains "renewed" through them that they do not hold. BE WARNED.
