I needed a PHP update on my website, and the tech, Luke, was more than accommodating and helpful. He was friendly and the experience was a major improvement over previous years.
Vic solved the problem in a creative way. He listened to me until he understood the problem, he was polite and efficient.
Was really interesting seeing all the negative reviews. I too have been a client for many years and had not had even one problem with JustHost. Support was responsive altho there was always a long wait time & there was ample online docs to solve any of the less complicated issues. However there was obviously some type of shakeup at the top a few months ago and clients have gotten lost in the shuffle. My problem thankfully was relatively low priority for me altho annoying. All my pages were suddenly in German! Now I know they're a German company but that shouldn't have meant i had to manage my account in that language. Fortunately i was able to somewhat navigate around using recognizable icons but it did need to be fixed. I called about a month ago & agent said he'd fixed it but he didn't. Finally called again this morning (Sun morning - 30 min wait). This time the agent (Don) guided me thru the maze of German links to the page that allowed me to switch it back to english myself & all is good again. So I am still able to give JustHost 5 stars & hope whatever change in admin that has caused so many people so much frustration will soon be resolved.
Too long to explain but Just Don't ! Starting with Just Host is fine but leaving and trying to change an old email address that is not accessible anymore was like trying to get a mortgage for a house... Bank statement, ID , proof of identity all just to change an email address , very unhelpful took too long so I gave up , let my website expire and renamed the website avoid if possible
My site has been down for weeks now and still no help- I am informed it has to do with malware and need to clear scanreport.txt file which I do then I am told as recent as Monday the site will be reinstated but today Friday still nothing- all morning been in the chat still nothing!!
I just concluded a phone call with Falcon, and he was understanding of my problem, did some quick research, and found the solution. I have been using JustHost for a number of years, and I find their customer service to be outstanding. I find this rare, and this service keeps me as a grateful customer.
The most shocking customer service. 4 days of unhelpful representatives and still no solution to my emails not being received. A superior representative said he would call me back and did not! I don't recommend Just Host... I have had so many issues with emails and no care in the support team. Very disappointing
I've just got off the phone with Vic and he was fabulous and very super helpful with all my questions regarding a problem I was having with my website. He very patiently went through the whole process step by step and helped me until the problem was resolved. I highly recommend him and whatever he's being paid, he should get a raise. Alan

Had an issue with Gmail not receiving my emails from my server hosted on justhost. Called in and sat on hold for maybe 5 minutes. The rep that answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. Found my issue and resolved it in 10 min or so. Total of around 15 minutes to fix my issue. Great experience with support.
I have been using Just Host since 2012. The most reliable and easy to use service provider. The customer service is excellent and available. The sales team even helped me out during COVID-19 during renewals with better pricing to help cut my costs. I have not had a technical problem that they were not able to resolve. I have been up and running since 2012 and never had to worry about my website going down. When I do have an issue it is resolved very quickly and correctly.
Justhost cancelled my Microsoft Business email plan without telling me. We've been without email for almost a week, and I have gotten no updates.
