Customer service has been dreadful. I am stuck with this appalling company on a four-year contract. My business (email and website, but mainly email) has been severely disrupted. Do not use them. Pay a bit more for something MUCH MUCH better.

Their customer service is the worst ever, and they will tell you that they took care of your requests, even though they didn't. Just stay away from them.

JustHost took money off my card that had expired 3 months ago, regardless of the auto-renewal setting they should check the card details first, yes my bank should be more diligent as well but this company don't seem to care, I have spent all day trying to resolve and the last thing I am going to do is give them anymore bank card details. BEWARE do not use under any circumstances if you do as painful as it is unset auto-renewal and change your card details to a non-existing bank account to avoid any stress in the future

FRAUDS!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! I will never recommend just host to anyone... they have deleted my most precious 3 #websites data just because of late payment. I'm writing review to protect u from this #fraudulent and cheap hosting service, they don't care about your data, the only thing that want is money.... Thy even did't bother to make a call before deleting my data. JustNo. For 2 years I have been trying to cancel my account with them, apparently, it requires more effort than informing them by email. I'm having to resort to calling my bank now. What a scam.

stay away ! bunch of amateurs appear to be professional in here. They have destroyed my entire website. if you want to be ripped off and driven crazy, try them.

I have been migrated from ehost.com. I just use email and Wordpress. Email server is unstable that I can not set up new email address because of authentication failure. I tried with Mac Mail and Thunderbird and same result. Their support are all dumb. Asking same questions again and again and never solve the problem. I decided to cancel Justhost and moved to HostGator.com according to PC Mag review.

I have never met a web hosting company with so little knowledge about how web hosting actually work. Their "support" teams go off on a flight of fancy "updating" your website by installing older and insecure software with known vulnerabilities, they have no idea how to debug problems, the "advice" they give is factually incorrect. Even the most basic things are an enormous task when working with JustHost.

FRAUDS!!!!!!! Charging me $600.00 for hosting and haven't even been hosting my website!!!! They won't even give me my money back. Terrible company, and the Business Bureau should look into shutting them down!!!

Customer service is quite poor. The website and Cpanel are hard work to navigate. there is little in the way of help available. Support tickets take quite a long time to get answered, many times the issue was just fixed without explaining what the problem is, the answer just being ' don't worry we have fixed it'. Poor choice to partner with a very basic weebly website editor. Website templates offered are all very similar and quite boring.

Here's my opinion of justhost. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR OWN DOMAIN, NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY I have been a customer for over 10 years and never have I experienced such terrible service as Justhost provide. Their support is literally non existent. Let me tell you, this company has cost me more money in downtime than all my 12 years in business. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY If you decide to go ahead anyway, well then good luck, you'll see levels of terrible customer services taken to another realm How no one has sued this company I will never know.

Just terrible. They deleted files of all my websites and Databases. When I contact their support they keep saying " May I place you on hold for 3 to 5 minutes, while I check this for you? " and they kept saying this line put me on hold for more than hour. After that they said we are investigating issue and we will email you once issue is fixed but they never did that. JUST POOR and TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY

When processing a refund, they will only do it back to the original card. When I told them that the card is no longer active, they told me to contact them in 8 weeks. So, I waited the 8 weeks and now they tell me that I need a letter from the bank for them to process the refund. I replied a few days ago, but they have ignored me. So it seems that they are stealing my refund. This is ridiculous. See below the actual email they sent: Thank you for your reply and apologies for the inconvenience. Still, if you have not received any refund, then please get back to us with a letter from the bank stating that 'Not received the refund'. So I can help you better. We await your reply.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. INGNORANT CUSTOMER CARE. THEY TAKE LESS THAN A MINUTE TO PROCESS A CARD TRANSACTION WHEN YOU PURCHASE BUT OVER A MONTH TO PROCESS A SIMPLE REFUND. AND THEY LIE ABOUT WHY IT TAKES SO LONG. AVOID THESE. NO REALLY!!

Poor, website slowed to a crawl, a page with just a single "echo" statement in it and a single "mail()" function call tool a whole 20 seconds to load. Emails sent with mail function did not always work. All I could get out of support was that I need to "Optimize my files". How the hell I was meant to optimize a file which printed a single line to the screen and send an email I have no idea. On the plus side it was very cheap hosting, I suppose you do get what you pay for.

Your website will be hacked. And they don't do anything about it. They are the worse.

For several years I had two accounts with Justhosts and had few problems which were quickly resolved. Until.... I forgot to renew an account and it was disabled. I renewed the same day and waited patiently for the account to be re-enabled. And waited. And waited. Days.I had no contact from them and nothing worked. No emails, no hosting and restricted access to the control panel. I am partially deaf so unable to use the phone support. Email support for technical problems had been withdrawn for "efficiency" purposes. I waited up to two hours with a chat window open but had no response. I emailed accounts.... no reply. I emailed again and eventually had a reply telling me the account was suspended due to malware and I would need to locate and remove the offending file(s). I've no idea how malware was introduced, I had only emails hosted. Control panel wouldn't allow me to access any files to fix the problem. I emailed again asking how can I fix it when I'm locked out. And no reply. Luckily I only renewed for three months (two now remaining) But the money paid is a complete loss. And a refund for unused time? Can only be applied for over the phone. I am now removing the other account. Uncaring, useless company.

Mediocre hosting (occasional downtime, slow servers etc.) backed up by truly atrocious customer service. When you have issues - and you will have issues - then expect to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse. Be wary of their 'auto renew' payment options, which have a habit of getting turned back on even after you explicitly set them to 'manual', and default to auto-upgrade and several years of hosting. When you do decide to leave, be prepared for a fight if you need any IPS tags (.co.uk domains) transferred to a new host. Avoid - there are better, cheaper webhosts out there.

When my website became unusable (due to a fault of my own) the backup service from JustHost was offline for at least 5 days. This lost me lots of customers. I raised support tickets which had very slow (if ever) response times. I called their support phone number but it took ages for anyone to pickup. So frustrating. Have now switched provider. Avoid.

We have 13 domains and 6 live websites, always get hacked when wordpress has a update. You then must pay for Site doctor to find the malicious files. O and dont forget when you think thats all the cost the sell you site lock ontop of that which i thought i had pad last time i was hacked. But No... Customer service has obviously outsourced again with the only help is link to online help files on Just host websites. on hold for 1 hour, live chat 6 hours had 4 people helping me each time explaining the same issues. Its always your websites fault and never the server I moved from there standard to professional last year as they recommended it. Now i must upgrade again, quoted me £400 to fix there issues. The worst Hosting rip off i have every experienced. Avoid. Hosting slow and over priced.
