Absolutely shocking company to deal…

Absolutely shocking company to deal with, kept putting me off with my watch delivery date, never updating me it was always me ringing & chasing them, told it was in stock & being delivered only to be told when I rang again it will be another 3 weeks. I cancelled it and ordered another of First class watches and it was here next day!! Still waiting on a refund and being told it takes 10 days! Absolute joke. Stay away and use a proper company

Order not received

I ordered a Garmin watch on 16th March and I am yet to receive it. Several emails sent and several promises of timeframe made but I have still not received my order. Do I cancel or do I keep waiting?! Jura watches should not be selling and taking funds for items they do not have in stock. It is not clear on the website that the items are not in stock and they only place the order with the manufacturer when you have ordered a product (apparently). Sometimes if the price seems too good to be true, it is.

I have recently purchased

I have recently purchased a Tag Watch from Jura and I have to say after making the purchase I then read the reviews and was really concerned, so I called them up and they explained the reasons for the reviews and assured me of the time scales for me to receive my watch and kept me up to date, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t a fast delivery so if your looking for next day then go elsewhere however they priced matched this watch that a lot of others wouldn’t so I got the watch at a great price and within 2 weeks of purchase. I would definitely feel confident using them again

Very pleased with my new Seiko Presage…

Very pleased with my new Seiko Presage Shiro Iro. Arrived more quickly than I expected and the sales team were excellent. My second purchase from Jura and I will continue to use them.

Liars

Ordered an Antonio watch - told it was 2 weeks delivery. Two weeks came and went nothing.. one month nothing. Multiple emails not responded to. Rang them to cancel told it was en route do I really want to cancel? They supposedly cancelled the order and I was told it was two weeks for refund. Well guess what two weeks came and went nothing! No refund! This company feels like a fraudulent scam. They lie about timescales and they lie about refunds. Such a shame as I have used them for numerous watch purchases. Avoid at all costs.

Seiko Prospex Pure Black - 2nd Watch from Jura this year - Brilliant service

This is my second watch off Jura this year a Seiko pure black solar as a daily watch to protect my Tag Carrera brought earlier this year off Jura. I have found Jura a very patient go to team for all watches & knowledgable flexible most helpful and will genuinely aid you to the right choice of watch. They bend of backwards to be helpful from sales to financing to the team that do sizing packing & distribution. I cannot fault them, I am amazed & most thankful by their customer ethos can do attitude and go the extra mile. Simply superb thank you so much Ellis your a star & the team who sized my watch with the courier waiting brilliant service. Thank you Ellis top man & the team. I would highly recommend Jura, Ellis & the team to anyone . Well done guys

Disappointed

Disappointed - So firstly my wife ordered me a TUDOR Royal 41 which is a beautiful watch and it came really quickly. They did a really good price so can't fault that but the business offer price match and a £300 e voucher and unfortunately my wife didn't receive that due to them knocking off so much money on the watch even though on the orignal offer they included £300 voucher and a discounted watch. What's more annoying is I was going to use the voucher to buy another watch from there site adding some money to it. So a bit annoying. I will say the sales staff was great and supported my wife being a pain but I just feel if the orignal offer was 1900 plus a £300 voucher it should be stuck to and not changed and then on top of the fact she would have got 10% off anyway for being a first time customer.

Jurra watches and false promises fenix 8 …

Bought watch early jan 25 price was full wack for garmin fenix 8, wasn't going to buy from them as could buy item from all other online stores for £100 cheaper, then RICK TURPIN(can't say name)contacted me through WhatsApp, we agreed he would send a certain watch strap with it to compensate the price difference,which i agreed with him. Now April 05th still no watch strap. Total liars they sell you an item online take your money. Then they must order your product through another party taking a month to get the item,stay well away, THEY promise the earth, full off bull . Phoned customer services,no real response couldn't say when it would arrive. Rick Turpin wasn't replying to his WhatsApp after 2 weeks. However he did respond 25th march. got a promise it get sorted.its now Apr5th,still no watch strap plz do not commit to spending large amounts of cash on this company as you will be chasing your buttocks for your paid goods.with poor snail response times . I've got a youtube channel and will be posting a review of their service. for a £100 ish strap.plz don't buy from this business it a heartache in the waiting.your may retire before you get service.STILL WAITING FOR A WATCH STRAP AS PROMISED BY THE PERSON RICK TURPIN,WHO CONTACTED ME DIRECT BY WhatsApp 4MONTHS LATER :( and no idea if I'll ever recieve it. UPDATE,HAS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE FINANCE COMPANY, AND THEY SORTED THE PROBLEM, FINALLY GOT WATCH STRAP 14TH MAY 2025. ( Orderd watch 5th January 2025)to top it off they dropped the price of the watch to £930 ish so be warned they have no guilt or remorse to how you feel as a client, not even an apology . It took a finance company to tell them of my consumer rights. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS BUSINESS.

DO NOT SHOP WITH JURA (SCAMMERS)

These guys are completely incompetent. I ordered a Garmin Marq watch from them back in January through their finance option and I’m still waiting for the watch nearly 2 months on. They can’t give me a date when it will arrive from Garmin which is hard to believe and I’ve just had an email from the finance company saying the application has been cancelled, which means Jura have cancelled my order and not had the balls to contact me to say they have wasted 2 months of my time and a credit check and acceptance on my credit file without a watch to show for it. This company isn’t big enough to hold stock and orders the watches when you place the order. DONT RISK IT WITH THEM!! Got to a reputable watch dealer who can deliver on the stock they are saying they hold. You can never get hold of this company either when you call them and their customer service and updates are non existent.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY !

I would avoid this company at all costs. I brought a very expensive watch for a Christmas gift for my husband - I gave it to him on Christmas day, and sadly he did not like it. We literally got it out of box, held it to his wrist and the dial was too small (personal taste) so we decided to return it - WE DID NOT TRY IT ON. On return Jura Watches then claimed there were some slight scratches on the side so could not accept return - so they sent watch back. These scratches DID NOT occur in my possession and upon receiving watch back i checked these marks and there was some marks but only visible under a bright light held directly to watch...therefore i would have never seen them on receipt of watch originally. I am now in a legal dispute to try and get my money back - NEVER BUY FROM THEM! AND PLEASE DO NOT REPLY SAYING THAT YOU PROVIDED PHOTOS BEFORE AND AFTER.......There is ZERO proof that the watch photographed before dispatch was the same watch...We have requested proof and zero response. We will go all the way to small claims court with this and i will make public all the correspondence (lack of it)...SHAME ON YOU

Avoid completely- really disappointing experience

I ordered a watch in last week of January’25 and the there was no sign of delivery until March when I cancelled my order. I kept on calling almost every week for more than two months and they kept on saying it will be there next week but it never came. Instead of being apologetic they were like it is what it is. Really disappointing experience - Avoid completely. It’s a massive risk to shop with them.

JOSH is 5***** no worries.

Patience is rewarded every time, Josh is the Biz if there are any probs, RELAX he will sort it. "JURA delivers Time & Time Again" It's JURA's SLOGAN, a gift from me alaNICEberg karaoke ENJOY, "JOLLY GOOD JOSH" can I say that? Just did LOL.

Don’t order! Cheats and liars.

Ordered a watch online about a month ago, fancying a bit of a treat… first it wasn’t in stock, they suggested an alternative which was great - but when it arrived it was a customer return (not new) that had been repackaged, and the bracelet was damaged. I sent it back the same day. Still waiting for a replacement or a refund; they seem to be suggesting it must have been damaged after it left them- which isn’t the case - the damage was all underneath their repackaging efforts. They claim that they need to send it to the manufacturer for assessment. Really disappointing experience - sending out returned items as “new” really exposes the customer to stuff like this and I’m expecting it will leave me way out of pocket. Currently no money, no watch. Avoid completely. It’s a massive risk to shop with them. Added 4th April: Unsurprisingly the news from Seiko was that it must have been damaged - I could have told them that. My issue is that they posted me a damaged customer return watch. The issue here is that they allow customers to return watches to them after sale, and these watches are then repackaged and sold as new again. But this opens you up to receiving a damaged watch - and then NOT being able to return it because Jura will accuse you of the damage and offer to fix it for you - for a price?! A search of watch forums reveals I am not the first victim. So… Still no watch, refusing to refund or replace. Jura / CW Sellors claim - even though they know this was a customer returned watch they posted to me - that I must have damaged it! They sent a (fairly poor quality) photograph of them repackaging it, but I can tell that the bracelet was already deformed at this point. They aren’t listening to any of my arguments and simply keep refusing to refund or replace. I’ve found them absolutely unbelievable and I’d strongly advise anybody against entering into any purchase with them, at any price point, in case anything like this goes wrong.

I paid and ordered a watch on January…

I paid and ordered a watch on January 31, but they did not dispatch it, and every time I ask them they say there is a problem and will be dispatched very soon. I finally canceled my order after waiting 1.5 month for it.

Steer well clear, no sign of order

I purchased a Garmin sports watch from Jura Watches on the 30th of January 2025 for around £800. I also paid for premium FedEx shipping which should have had it be delivered within 3 days. I got an email from Jura Watches saying that there was a short delay with my package and that they will keep me updated, no problem. Fast forward till now (mid March) there is still no sign of the watch and when they EVENTUALLY respond after receiving my emails they keep making false promises saying they will have a date "tomorrow" or "in 2 days" which they never follow through with. I have requested a return which has been declined because I "never received the watch" which is ridiculous. So I have sent them an email yesterday for my order to be cancelled outright and receive a refund. Still no reply. Very, disappointed. It is my right as a consumer to change my mind and cancel my order.

Seem to be having a similar experience…

Seem to be having a similar experience to all the bad reviews on here… Ordered 10th of Feb, no sign that the watch wasn’t in stock from the website, was hoping to get the watch in a week as it was a present, e-mailed Jura to be told 2-3 weeks, currently getting towards 5 weeks, no watch not replying to e mails anymore. I went on to their instant chat ( WhatsApp ) and posed as a new customer and asked about the availability of the watch in question to which they replied they could get the watch in 2 weeks, to which I replied that’s good considering I ordered that watch and it’s been 4 weeks… Which just shows the lies this company runs on. Jura if I had any advice for you it’s be honest, advertise that you’re cheaper than other places but in return as a customer you may have to wait 8 weeks for delivery, people would accept that. What customers won’t accept is constant lies and being ignored! I’ll give it one more week and then accept defeat and cancel my order. Update, spoke to someone there who to be fair was very nice and apologetic but still had no idea on time frame for delivery.. so cancelled.

Poor service and communication

Placed an order 24 Jan 2025. Receievd email advising the store should have my watch by 5th Feb and dispatched straight to me. To this date still not received my order. Communication has been very poor. I have had to initiate all contact and the information being provided is inconsistent and any dates they provide come and pass still with no sign of my order. This is making me rethink and sourcing my watch locally or from another retailer Latest update 09/03/2024 - I have now cancelled my order. Not even an apology or interested in asking for any reason as to why. Just shows disinterested customer service. I have purchased the watch elsewhere and got a better deal. They have lost out in my custom and I would not recommend
