Just wanted to add to the many reviews…

Just wanted to add to the many reviews regarding the massive delays, missed deadlines and awful related communication. I ordered a watch that was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 weeks, then 6, then no ETA provided. I had to chase every time they missed a deadline and decided to cancel in the end because they couldn’t give me any reason, apart from delivery issues, or even a time when it would be resolved. In the end I ordered it from TH Baker and received it the next day. I wouldn’t have minded the delays if there was better communication and an end in sight

Rating only a 1 as i cant put 0!!! CW Sellors Jura Shocking Performance!!!

UPDATE: As predicted, Friday 22.08.25 1600hrs time of writing & 33 Business Days after placing order and counting - no further comms from Jura Watches on progress of stock receipt having stated it was due WC18.08.25 from Garmin. I wasnt optimstic and seems i was right. In response to the retailers reply on my negative review - just wish you were as proactive communicating the status of my circa £1000 order as you are in respoinding to bad review. Rating only a 1 as i cant put 0!!! Ordered a Garmin watch on 8th of July, currently August 20th 2025 and still not received my item! Its down to Garmin stock availabilty and popularity of the product so i am told. But yet i can go on the Garmin website and get the same item direct within 2-4 days, strange. This company failed to indicate lack of availablity of stock at time of order, and was only after placing order and going through all the stages to completion, was it indicated that stock was pending. Order still remains at 'unfulfilled'. Shocking customer service, I am having to chase for updates from this company who have been absent on all fronts to say the least. The website chat help service, very rarely replies, and then get an email a day if not more later with more excuses about Garmin stock/delivery not arrived. I 3was informed a week or so ago that stock would arrive from Garmin WC18.08.25 - mid-way through the week and nothing forthcoming from Jura. Email received today at 17:08 stating still no delivery from Garmin. Surely a Global brand like Garmin would be better at keep retail customers updated on stock deliveries and surely if delivery is due WC18.08.25 then they would have a delivery tracking status update? Seems very odd. I am so far down the process now i want to see it through, however i will not being using this company ever again! I recently used another online uk retail watch site and from order to delivery was 4 days for a watch. That is proper service. Jura - shocking! Oh and as a cushion for the delay i have been offered an additional strap for the yet to arrive watch. At least i may get a watch strap somepoint this week! Bank Holiday weekend pending i doubt i will see my watch this week, nor i doubt next week. September looming, could be a 2month waiting time on this item! Awful!

Terrible experience

Quite possibly, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!! Bought watch online, received order confirmation (price £258). Estimated delivery date 2 days later - did not arrive. Emailed - no answer, called -no answer, messaged on Insta - no answer. messaged on whatsApp -answered the following day, said just hold on a moment - then disappeared. Called again, 3rd day of calling spoke to someone who said watch out of stock and discontinued. Checked TW Steel website - watch is new and still for sale so that was a lie! Watch was £100 more expensive there though. Looks like they mis-priced the watch and instead of taking the loss and holding their hands up (the legal thing to do) they cancel the order. This took over a week and my Dads 70th birthday came and went (gift for him). Terrible people, terrible company. May take legal action. Haven't even been sent cancelation confirmation, just went back to order confirmation link and now it says cancelled. Good job I screenshot it before! Told me on the phone refund will be 7-10 working days - thats 2 weeks! What a horrible experience. Still ignoring my whatsApp messages past few days..

Please don't use this company.

I purchased a watch from this 'company' and after 6 weeks the hour hand stopped working. The minute, second and GMT hands still seemed to work fine so I emailed them as it is under warranty (unfortunately just outside of the returns window) and received no reply, I waited another week and tried again but once more I received no response to my email. In the end I contacted the watch manufacturer directly explaining the problem and arranged for them to have a look at it. I posted it off and after around 2 and a half months I received my watch back from the manufacturer after they had to replace the hour hand, GMT hand and the movement as there was debris in the movement! I had only worn the watch at most 10 times in the short time I had it and the screw down crown was always in place so I'm guessing this may have been a display piece although it wasn't stated as being so when I purchased it. So I wore my watch for 1 day after receiving it back from the manufacturer and the same issue occurred with the hour hand not turning, I couldn't believe it! So I thought I'd try and get in touch with Jura watches again as by this point I'm completely fed up with this watch as I've never owned one before that has had this many issues. To my surprise they responded this time, so I sent my watch down to them to have a look at, they then decided to send it off to the manufacturer again. I received very little updates at all so had to chase them up every week or so just to find out what is happening. After chasing them up and receiving no updates for the third time I just asked if it would be possible to swap the watch for a different brand but of the same value as I didn't think this was an unreasonable request given all the issues with this watch but they were very quick in responding to this email and let me know that this is out of the 30 day return window and it wouldn't be possible to exchange it and funnily enough my watch is nearly ready and should be back with me in a weeks time. I implore anyone looking at purchasing anything from this company not to. I've never dealt with such an amateurish and unprofessional company in my life and the lack of after sales care is so bad they should genuinely be embarrassed.

Avoid at all costs

I purchased 6 watches on 22 November at a cost of GBP 10,000. One (worth 3,400) was delivered faulty and took 6 months to receive back repaired. Another (worth 2,800) was sold to me even though the line was discontinued. I have been offered 2 other watches instead, one was also then found to be discontinued and another promised to be delivered in June. It is now August. I have to constantly chase for updates, and the proprietor does not have the courtesy to respond to my emails. Unbelieveably poor service when I have been a customer since 2010. I would not recommend you trust even one pound with this seller.

Terrible

Had a very bad experience with them! Ordered a watch on 30th June 2025 which they later on said is not in stock and after a chase of 1 month, ended up requesting for a refund and finally got the money back after wait of many days. Not a professional seller.

Tudor Pelagos

Brought a Tudor Pelagos from this company. Paid well in advance. Around the actual delivery date. Nothing had arrived. Had to chase the company regarding this. After this passage of information was better. The watch was worth the wait. Once the watch arrived. It was sent Special Delivery. I had it the next day. The watch has not been off my wrist. It’s great and stylish. Love it. Thank you all

Incredibly disappointing company

I ordered a NOMOS Sundial for a birthday present. I placed the order on the 29th of December, and paid for next day delivery (Which was an option). As of today, over half a year later, I still have not received my next day delivered Sundial. I got strung along by customer service for the last 7 months, with them repeatedly saying it will be in their next shipment and with me soon. After 7 months they did finally offer a refund, however I am incredibly frustrated with the level of service and lack of delivery.

Now 11% 1 star reviews illustrates how customers rate this company & its sister company CW Sellors. Buyer beware - they sent me a shop soiled, damaged £3500 watch & passed it off as brand new. Thankfully I had pre despatch photos sent to me by someone at Jura who clearly hadn't thought to check the photos prior to sending them. Lucky for me I got my money back in full but not without a 5 month fight. Top tip. Don't buy anything mail order, like i did - they can &may send anything damaged, it's then down to you to prove otherwise. Deeply untrustworthy company & a shabby experience. Not recommended.

Order No. #JW182297

Order No. #JW182297 – Extremely Poor Experience I've never experienced such bad customer service as I did with Jura Watches. My order has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Initially, I was told the item was out of stock — despite it clearly being listed as in stock on the website. Then I was informed it would be delivered on a Saturday morning, only to be told later that the stock didn’t even arrive with them until the following Monday. How does that work? To make matters worse, emails take far too long to get a response, and when I finally spoke to someone in sales, I was told it would be a data breach to update my delivery address — even though it was my own order and my own personal details. Completely nonsensical. I'm not saying this is a scam company — I did eventually get my order — but the level of disorganisation, poor communication, and confusion is shocking for a retailer selling high-value products. I won't be using them again.

Customer service is very poor to non existent …. Emails took 2 weeks for a reply which for a company which such an online presence I find unbelievable. A prime example of a company that as long as everything goes well they are fine .. I am still trying to sort a cancellation out a month after I bought the watch and still not having any joy .. The one star we are obliged to leave is a very optimistic reflection of just how poor they are. Update on this review … I have been asked within 24 hours of posting this review to give Jura more details so they can determine if I am genuine or not… Amazing how a negative review on trust pilot sparks such an immediate response when you fail to respond to any emails through through loosely titled ‘Customer services dept’ My first email to you was in 8th July and the last one I sent was on 4th August. Perhaps now you can read through I would imagine … endless amounts of emails and look for yourself. G Shock watch.

Shocking customer service - Avoid.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with JURA Watches has been so disappointing that I feel it’s only fair to warn others. I ordered a watch listed as “in stock,” but shortly after payment I received an email saying it had to be ordered from the supplier and would take around 30 days. Frustrating, but I agreed to wait. The watch eventually arrived about four weeks later. On opening the package, I immediately noticed two issues: The bracelet hadn’t been resized as requested. The butterfly clasp was completely broken, with obvious factory welding faults. I contacted customer service immediately. Apart from apologising for the sizing issue, their response was to insist the watch left their depot in perfect condition and suggest the damage happened after delivery. Even after I highlighted the defect in the photos they themselves sent me, their stance never changed. After weeks of back and forth and a call with a manager, I was promised a follow-up that never came. In the end, I had to pay a local jeweller to replace the clasp and resize the bracelet, out of pocket, for errors that JURA should have rectified. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise buying your watch elsewhere. JURA’s role as a middleman is fine until something goes wrong—then you discover how poor their customer service truly is.

Stay away - very sketchy and unlawful practices

I have bought a watch that was on offer on their website. It was meant to be in stock for next day delivery, but falling over the weekend thought there might be a delay. After 4 days of no contact - no notification of postage or anything else, I have send JW an email. I did not get a response (in fact no response until now almost month later when writing this). I have called them the next day (5 days from order date) and have been told that they do not have stock and at this price will not order it from supplier (!) so I can either get something else from their website with a possible discount or get a refund. I have told I’ll check their website and call back. Did not find anything similar currently available on JW website so was trying to call back for 3 days straight - a lot of attempts and time spend on the phone. After few days someone picked up and said it will be up to 14 days for the refund. 14 days after refund has been agreed I did not receive it. I have called back - again I took a while to get hold of Jura Watches - I have this time around been told it will be 14 business days for the refund. I did receive email confirming refund 13 business days after it was agreed and refund was received few days later. Almost full month from the date of purchase! Very sketchy! Judging by other negative reviews it is common practice they sell items they do not have to then drag it for a refund. This is free line of credit for JW if done on larger scale. According to Consumer Rights Act 2015 the refund should be given within 14 days, not 14 business days. Also lack of any comms further delays the refund. This is unlawful and I’ll be reporting this to Trading Standards to look into their practices.

I ordered a French watch which has never arrived. There was zero communication from the company, always polite on the telephone when I called about updates, was told it was on its way (from France), I would have liked updates, eventually asked for a refund, nothing. Have now been in a dispute with my credit card to get my money back, still no money in my account. Disappointing ,we all know how easy it is these days to refund. It’s been a bad 10 weeks.

Waited over a month for Jura to do nothing

I have been waiting over a month for a watch to be back-ordered. I followed the advice on the website by calling before placing the order to confirm estimated delivery times. I was informed it was a backorder and would be a few weeks. I heard nothing for a few weeks and so I contacted them again for a status update. I was told the same thing about the item being a backorder and that it will be "soon". I was not told where I was relatively in the backorder list. I was also not told whether Jura had even made the order with the manufacturer. I waited a few more weeks and still there was no update. After a month, I decided to purchase the watch from another company (back order as well), and I received it in 3 DAYS (also reviewed on Trustpilot) I cancelled the Jura order, yet their website still says it's "confirmed". Lots of inaction.

Ordered a Garmin watch

Ordered a Garmin watch, waited three months to receive never materialised. I've been more than patient but finally, after three months and no update of a delivery time, requested a refund. I was told that would take up to 14 working days to be processed, which i feel is taking the biscuit when you've already been waiting over 3 months. I'm now on day 12 and still no refund of nearly £900, no update of when i'm going to get this refund, nothing.I would seriously not consider to buy anything from this company and this is the first time I've ever given such a bad review. Jura watches, give me my money back.

Misleading Express Delivery - Extremely Disappointed!

I am a personal shopper, I placed an order with Jura Watches around 9 PM on a Wednesday, enticed by their express delivery option, which cost a staggering £15. The promise was a 10:30am delivery, while standard delivery was advertised for £6 to be delivered on Friday. I opted for express, expecting a quicker service. To my dismay, the watch arrived on Friday – the same day as the standard delivery. This renders the express option completely pointless and feels like a blatant rip-off. Why offer express delivery if it doesn't actually expedite the process? To add insult to injury, their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I've requested a refund for the express shipping fee, as the service was not delivered as advertised, but my messages have been ignored. Overall, I feel cheated and misled by Jura Watches. Their express delivery is a scam, and their customer service is non-existent. I would advise caution when ordering from them, as you may not receive the service you pay for. Jura watches I want my express delivery refund you can’t just rip me off and then ignore me. You claim the business was closed at the time I ordered so why then put an express option of £15 and then standard as £6 then deliver standard the same day as express please how does it make any sense ? I’m not seeing any justification whatsoever it’s a clear rip off!

I won't be using Jura again.

Ordered a Sternglas for my son's 21st at end of June. Upon purchase, with item showing as "in stock" on website, on June 3rd, I received my confirmation email stating 2- 3 weeks for delivery. As it was more than 3 weeks until the birthday, I thought I'd wait it out. Long story short, after several more weeks ( it's 21st July today) and several calls, with call handlers repeatedly suggesting that the issue was with Sternglas, not them, and I should receive the watch soon, I have now cancelled my order. This morning I was told that the refund would take 7-14 working days to process. I thought that maybe I'd been unlucky, but there are quite a few 1 star reviews on here from the last few weeks, so maybe there are some issues at Jura Watches/CW Sellors. I certainly won't be using them again. **Edit 1 week after order cancelled and refund initiated** No comms from Jura, except via Trustpilot, asking for more info to verify that review was genuine. Called to seek update on refund, told it was still pending. Asked to speak to customer relations supervisor (call handlers have always been very polite and apologetic, so didn't feel it fair to complain to them), was put on hold for 10 minutes before call disconnected. Will await a callback, but not holding my breath. **2nd edit after reply from Jura** You are incorrect. Had the watch been showing on the website as not being in stock, I simply wouldn't have ordered it. Only after my order was accepted was I informed it would take 2-3 weeks to fulfill the order. I called immediately to confirm that the order would be received prior to my son's birthday at the end of June and was reassured that orders were normally completed within that timescale. Several weeks later, after numerous calls and with my son's birthday having passed there was still no sign of the watch. I contacted Sternglas directly, who told me they had no record of any order from you either directly or via their UK distributor. Every facet of my dealings with your company has been substandard, and now you've surpassed yourselves by somehow implying that it is *my* fault that you could not supply a watch in almost 8 weeks that the manufacturer were able to supply direct from Germany in less than 48 hours. An utterly unique approach to customer relations.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service, I phoned to check that the items I wanted was definitely in stock before I paid. I explained I required them to be delivered before my holiday which was in 4 days time and was assured this would happen. Items were not shipped and one of the items could not be located at their depot, leaving me no time to order from another company. Still awaiting the complaint to be registered
