The staff at the Colorado Springs…

The staff at the Colorado Springs location was SO bad, I almost walked out. But I decided to make the purchases and never shop there again. The "customer service" was anything but. The ladies were all unpleasant and just liked making me go from one line to another, never helping me with my questions, and not being kind at all. I hope I can avoid going to that store ever again!

They can't find my shipment but took my $

They gave me a tracking number that was for a package delivered to someone else across the country 2 days BEFORE I placed my order. They can't tell me where my items are and say it could be another week before they know. They don't carry these items in store and they were needed for a project. They would not ship to a store either. Super frustrating. (They took my money when it shipped so don't seem to care they were never delivered.)

Purchased a $349.00 sewing machine for…

Purchased a $349.00 sewing machine for my wife (Mothers Day 2022). Cashier told me the policy is no return if the box is opened. Well, my wife loved the sewing machine but was scared to open the box in case something was broke or she decided she didn't want it. So today, 3 days after I purchased it I returned it. WOW!! They charged me a $25.00 restocking fee. 15 STEPS AND THEY WILL PUT THE UNOPENED BOX BACK ON THE SHELF. Un acceptable service. Never, ever going back to this place in Winchester Virginia

Frame Order

I ordered and paid for 3 large prints to be framed and was told it would take two-three weeks. I called today (three weeks later) to check on my order and was told that the frame was on backorder. At no time when I placed the order was I told the frame was on backorder nor did they call to let me know, I could have made a different selection. This will be the last time I do business with Jo-Ann

More religious fabric choices

I just ordered fabric from JoAnn's online for the first time. I live in New York and I finally got my fabric and I really love it. But for some reason, my order went to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, back to Jersey. And then can to New York. Go figure out what's going on with our postal service. 🥴 I have brought this complaint up to JoAnn's main office before. I see that JoAnne is celebrating Ramadan and just got in some religious fabric with praying figures on it to celebrate the Islamic religious holiday. But Easter is right around the corner as well and I have never seen any kind of religious fabrics that has Jesus Christ, the cross, or not even one with prayers on it. Just fabric with Easter eggs, jelly beans, flowers, Easter characters like dogs/cats, and rabbits. Those things are not the true meaning behind Easter. Is there any reason for why they do not catered to Christian religious holidays? Don't they think that this may be offensive to several of their Christian customers?🤔 Even their Christmas fabrics has everything on it but Christ? I find this to be truly odd. There are a few other things I feel that The JoAnne company needs to work on. But this is definitely just one of the top three things I feel needs work. This is just my own personal opinions.

i tried to order some product online…

i tried to order some product online because it was shown as avalaible then when to confirm basket i'm told it does not ship to international while the opposite was written on the product page.Chat service sent me to another service that takes matter lightly just " check back everyday" i'm not at their service!!! Result i will most probably opt for another brand and another shop their loose

Customer care should be fired

Customer care should be fired. Just have a chatbot and save people time. Sounds like he is mad at the world and wants to help no one. Plus your site keeps having error messages.

Joann's 'customer service' is a joke.

Ordered some quilt batting and other things online through joann. Order seemed to have gone through correctly. Credit charge went through. Then we got an email that our order was cancelled. The 'customer service' told us our order didn't verify. I called Paypal and they said the order was pending in their system and it would have to be cancelled by Joann in order for me to get my funds back or I would have to wait over a month to file a dispute. I asked Joann several times to cancel the pending Paypal invoice but they refused.

I ordered two bolts of quilt batting

I ordered two bolts of quilt batting. One came as ordered, the second was not what I ordered, 25% less yardage and higher in price. Contacted customer service through email because there is no phone number listed anywhere. Had to send picture, did so. I asked the person to issue a pickup for the item since it was 1-their mistake and 2-a large heavy item. Fed Ex picked up the batting early the next morning. I was informed in an email that it can take up to two weeks to receive a refund. It’s been a few days past “two weeks” with no refund, so I emailed them again. Now the window for the refund is 14-21 days. This is ridiculous. They issued the pickup and have had the product for two weeks. If there is no refund within the next week, I will be filing a dispute with PayPal.

I’d like to send a big kudos to…

I’d like to send a big kudos to Franscois at the Colorado Blvd. store in Denver, Co. He was very proactive from the moment I entered the fabric section offering his assistance politely without being too aggressive. Then at the time I encountered an issue with a previous overcharge on a purchase for which I provided a receipt, he remedied the problem satisfactorily and fairly. I asked his advise on coordinating two fabric choices for which he expertly gave his opinion. I agreed. I find his professionalism and management skills to be more than qualified for JoAnn’s. Thank you to have such good and capable people!

I should have checked Trust Pilot…

I should have checked Trust Pilot before placing an order. This company is not to be recommended at all. I placed an order for two items which I assumed would be shipped together, but no. One item arrived okay, and the other item, which stated it was shipped, stayed in a permanent state of awaiting dispatch - for a month. Several emails later, and finally a response, they have confirmed they will refund me, which is okay. But I have just check their website and the item is still in stock - but at a higher price - I assume they cancelled and refunded because they did not want to honour my order at its original price. Disgraceful!

Disappointed

Disappointed! Couldn't use my app to place an order to be picked up at the store. Kept getting message that there was a problem with my billing address. Tried several times. Contacted customer service, deleted my app, reinstalled, created a new account and still getting error message. Can't use online coupons. Tried ordering thru website and getting same error messages.

OMG Poor Service

OMG! Several items were canceled from an online order but were in stock. Called and customer service created new order however system down. She was to call me back - never did. So I called another day. Went thru process again. Was put on hold but he never came back. Third call now. Went thru it all again. System still down and I'm sitting here waiting for a call back....again. Absolutely pitiful.

Silverdale

Silverdale, wa joann's the cashier named Janet you could die of old age waiting for her to finish ringing you up. It's terrible. She rang up my entire order and then realized she wasn't even logged in and had to do it all over and I'm telling you this molasses woman made it very hard to stay kind to her. She moved like a sloth cossing the road. I wouldnt have her helping people especially in prime time of the day because there was a long line after she took a year to ring me up. She really takes advantage 9f being paid by the hour. You should make some changes get your moneys worth from an another employee. She's a dud.

Horrible service

Horrible service! They don’t say hi when you’re the only waiting to checkout. I had to say…can you help me? Even then the cashier didn’t say anything. My toddler said..why is that lady not talking to you when you’re talking to her mom? I asked for help to get an item that is locked up. The assistant manager Allie at the Hurst location told me to go take a picture of the item so that she can have the code. I told her that there is not a bar code over there. She well, the we don’t have it. I told her that online it says that they have 3 oliso irons in stock. She said I need the item number. Can you look it up online. I asked her…can you not look it up with your computer? She refused to look it up and told me with an attitude…can you look it up?! You would think that I was asking for a favor when she is getting pay to help. Well. I am not going to pay them for a $250 iron for them to treat me with no respect.

This Joanne’s on redwood road in Taylorsville utah has the worst customer service I have had to deal with in a very long time, called to get an answer about their app that they wantyou to use because it doesn’t work, was asked to hold why she preceded to tell her manager she had a difficult customer on the line then told me I had to find another way to fix the problem myself, call the district number, so I did they were very helpful took my order over the phone told how to maybe fix the problem with the app it didn’t the app only works once in awhile. Just the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time

Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores - Bullying by management, poor quality at HIGH prices Was bullied by manager of store 2286; -don't spent so much time with customers -you don't show any initiative -you aren't reliable -fabricated complaints (anonymous emails) -total lack of concern for health and welfare of all employees in stores -no hazard pay for store employees on front lines They motto: Gouge the customer, screw the employees.

Do NOT order from joanns

Joanns is absolutely no help to their customers if their is a problem with ordering. I honestly don't know why they even have customer service. I ordered almost $70 in yarn today and then realized they were sending it all to my old address. I called immediately to ask them to change the address. They refused to change the address as well as refusing to cancel my order. I did not just spend almost $70 to not receive my items or get my money back. Do NOT order from joanns online they will absolutely not help you. They say they are not happy until the customer is happy. That is a lie. I am NOT happy joanns.

If there was a minus rating Jo-Ann Stores would get it!

Wish I had checked Trustpilot first!!! The negative reviews says it all - I ordered 9 January 2022 - I have yet to receive any of the items - or in fact any update other than to advise me 4 items have been cancelled - no follow through on the balance of my order. I have sent emails, made comments on their Facebook page, sent DM's NOTHING - I have no idea what the status of my order is - and no feedback! TERRIBLE.
