Charging us through lockdown. Then asking for a lum sum of money, stop our system and keep asking charge for the next 2 years. Avoid this company at any cost .

Continued to be charged absorbent rates throughout lockdown while nothing coming in. Before reopening I needed support. Took three weeks, by which time we were open and inundated. Gave notice that I was renewing my contract, received no response to emails so had to put in writing in the post. Was told that I had missed the cut off date so was tied in for a further 12 months. I have no use for this system as I now have no staff. Would not touch with a barge pole. Vastly overpriced, poor support - sharks. I am totally sickened that I ever got involved with this company. Do not sign up.
Quality software that has so many tools focussed to the hair and beauty industry that are always being improved and added to as the world changes around us. Hard working knowledgeable support team are the icing on the cake for me! very happy with their complete suite of programs and phone apps.
Amazing software, amazing staff. Command Centre and ibookings have been the best decision I have made whilst in lockdown. Every time I have called support (which has been a lot since March 2020) everyone I have spoken with has been calm and patient and assisted me each and every time. The Ruby 'chatbot' on the website has been great in assisting me logging a call when I haven't been able to call in. 5* would definitely recommend.
A customer for 18 years! Where shall I start with I-salon, or integrity software! We took them on in 2002 when they were a small caring company, and over the years they have grown and become bigger, great. However, they don’t tend to grow with their customers. They are designed for a large salon or group. Functionality and cost wise! In 2015/16 I realised I needed to change provider, and started to discuss this with I-salon. They wanted to keep me as a customer and helped by reducing the ever increasing year on year monthly costs. In the end, I just needed away from such an expensive monthly amount. My businesses was changing and needed to make things smaller. They were helpful and allowed me to stop paying and re start later on, which was fair, but all a long I wanted away from them which I have email trails to say so. Their service is sloppy, machine like, impersonal, unlike how they sued to be before being taken over! Long story short, lockdown came and during that period I continued to have talks with them , explaining I didn’t want a new contract and I wasn’t prepared to continue, but they said I had to pay full price during that time, despite no income! So with all this, my apparent contract just rolls on unless stated, but when the due date came along, It slipped their mind and just rolled over, getting me so they thought for another year, I have the email threads. Took my eye of the ball, as my mum died! And with the start up of covid lockdown and everything I was distracted. 18 years Ive been a customer. I spoke to the MD Micheal, and explained I had to stop, and I couldn’t go on, things were changing and under the present circumstances, I needed to change. He was not sympathetic, just said ‘well finance will come after you’. That after 18 years! Longer than he had been with them! After our verbal chat, I paid for 3 more months and them stopped DD. Now they are coming after me with threatening emails from finance, debt recovery potential threats and cheeky emails from account manager. I feel sick, disappointed, run over by the terms with no sympathy or care for you, Be careful with them. NB

During lock down I asked due to cash flow that during the months I should be credited for non use of the software According to my discussion with yourselves it was agreed to not charge me during the months closed This it seems has not happened as monthly payments have continued to be drawn from my acc ,after all my yrs with you it seems your company have shown no remorse A very upset client
Chris was professional patient & made the subject easy to understand. Guided each stage throughly & went through all the extra little reports etc. Also helped with on line connection.
I salon is a great tool to help your business. The support staff are excellent and the technical team are very knowledgeable and fast if there is an issue.
Have been with them for years , All ways had prompt service, would highly recommend them
I had an issue with some invoices that weren't paid which is strange as as I'm on Direct Debit and you presented them 12 months later.

Not only are they absolutely overpriced! They are horrendous! Internet always fail! One call a week to their operators! Absolute joke!
I've been with I-Salon for 3 years now and it has not been great. I wanted to leave but didn't realise in the small print the contract is for 5 whole years. Can't wait to tell them where to stick it. The system doesn't do half of what we need it to do and things are always going wrong. Like today for example, my remote access has suddenly stopped working on the first day of reopening after lockdown (it did the same thing on the first day after the previous lockdown), and it took 20 minutes to get through. That was hours ago and it's still not fixed. I cannot stress enough how you should seriously think twice beofre using this overpriced company.I have sooo many examples of how bad they are but do not have the time to list them all here.
ISalons after sales support is a disgrace. For the last 9 months I have had no support. Their phone lines are impossible to get through on. No-one calls you back and the on-line chat is a waste of time. After raising my complaint with them they continue to deny that there is a problem. I am now being charged for a further year for a service that is not fit for purpose due to the 90 day anniversary cancellation with no offer of compensation for the months and months of inadequate service. Absolute daylight robbery!!!!
Since the beginning of lock down there has been no staff at the end of a phone . I've tried umpteen times to get help with four separate issues . I've received is bills from them, and the odd sarcastic remark from their online support team who then do nothing but say they will get back to me , they never do . They used to be very good . However , it is not worth the £240/month any more
Isalon is reliable easy to use system. From sales team (James) to customer service I have always received 5* service. The help desk are very patient with me as someone that is completely incompetent when it comes to computers. The Ultimate package is definitely worth the extra. Clients love the app for its convenience and easy to use. I highly recommend this company
Not for the first time during the seven years with this company they contact me out of the blue to inform me they failed to take the direct debit payment from months ago and could I 'settle my account' to the tune of £459.00. During lockdown, whilst most other customer focused sympathetic companies were offering payment holidays I receive an email from salon asking for payment from invoices, one of which dated back eight months ago. I complained that these should've been taken by DD and I then received a phone call from a manager who's attitude was 'couldn't care less' you owe this money, pay now! Expensive, unprofessional. Go elsewhere.
