Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

We have recently had Carolyn & Emily from leeds dealing with our case. Our case was not your usual case so we wasn't sure if we had a chance. It really was complicated. Carolyn & Emily have absolutely smashed it. Not only with our outcome but with all the support we've needed. They have seriously changed the life of our family member & for the very best. Never have we had to call them asking where we are in the case. They were on it constantly. We honestly can't thank them enough & even though it's over & we had the best outcome we're going to miss them. Have had an ongoing case since early last year. Communication has always been excellent, Massimo has always been incredibly helpful and easy to talk to, whilst navigating this difficult journey for my Mum Kim and I. Less than one star, appalling, IM took my case on but had no idea what they were doing, International law they had no idea. Advised me to take a small injury settlement AND over £100,000 for their costs. They didn't inform the American insurance company who were paying me monthly, (stopped paying me because IM didn't inform them) Four years without any income. Caused me many years of stress, case eventually taken on by Pitts and Mills in the US and won......
