Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

Molly Cullumbine at Irwin Mitchell has been dealing with a review for me for a professional negligence case which is quite complicated. All her correspondence has been easy to understand - no legal speak that I would not understand - with clear instructions on what was required and the next steps. She has kept in touch and acknowledged receipt of emails together with information on when I should next hear from her and then she has followed through on what she told me would happen. Irwin Mitchell’s staff supported me through the last 2 and a half years.From April 22 through to November .Without them I would have thrown in the towel. I can’t thank the team enough, Carol, Danielle and lewis were great through out my case, very informative and showed great professionalism at all times. I was very impressed with Carols robustness demeanour with the defendant in the JSM, she gave me great confidence that my best interests were a priority before anything else. Also Danielle was great with answering any questions I had and explaining the whole process to me step by step. Unfortunately we couldn’t settle at the JSM and I walked away feeling very nervous & anxious but the team, supported me throughout and reassured me that this could still be settled before trial.
