Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

Irwin Mitchell Sheffield were my insurance company's nominated solicitors. My claim was related to a dog bite and as it was a low claim was allocated the lowest representation in the form of a para legal. The para legal wrote up my dog bite as a fall on the pavement. Also I advised the para legal not to pursue a hopeless line of enquiry via an application to court against a person who had no connection with the case. They failed to listen and made an application only to be told by the court what I had told them. I do have some legal knowledge but found this company woefully lacking. On the positive I have canceled my insurance policy and company who engage Irwin Mitchell saving myself £500 per year subscription

My contact at Irwin Mitchell was Mr David Cohen. Mr Cohen was responsible for assisting me with a claim over a dispute with a neighbour to do with access. I am extremely happy with the result of having the access restored and the dispute resolved. From assessing the evidence and paperwork to dealing with the various issues that arose Mr Cohen kept me informed at all stages. Throughout the process he was available to advise me and deal with the queries that I had. Ben Lyon and his team have proven to be professional and caring. My late Wifes Inheritance claim had proven to be a challenge, due to a disruptive defendant intent on delaying and causing as many problems as his limited intelligence could muster.
