Knole was good value for money and set me up with Simon my driving instructor I had no previous lessons but had a little bit of driving experience with the help of Simon I managed to pass my test first time Simon was a great instructor made you feel calm and relaxed and was excellent from start to finish many thanks to knole and especially Simon my driving instructor it's was a very good driving experience and would highly recommend knoles intensive courses and Simon to friends and family all day long I choose well with knole and I'm very grateful for everything they have done by helping me pass my test first time many thanks guys and keep up the good work pleasure working with you both

I had a fantastic experience learning with Laurence. Having previously failed my driving test twice and being prone to anxiety, I had avoided driving for the past few years. Laurence brought me from not having driven in a number of years (and having very little remaining confidence in driving) to passing my test within 24 hours of driving over ~a one month time period. He was encouraging, supportive, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn to drive.

Kester is a very dedicated teacher. I was by no means a natural driver and yet I passed first time (after a lot of lessons) largely due to Kester's trouble-shooting and consistency.

I booked a crash course split over 3 days on 21/07/22 and paid a deposit of £179 to intensivedriving and then paid the driver an initial £368 upfront Approximately 4 months later ,3 hours before my first lesson at 1pm the driver cancelled due to being sick. I was a bit upset as I could have gone to work that day, but these things happen. We talked on the phone to discuss rearranging the lessons. He said he would call me later that day to rearrange the missed lesson when he had his diary in front of him which he did not. As my test date was only a week away i thought it best to contact the company to make sure everything was ok, and I would not miss further lessons. They stated that all outstanding lessons would now done the day before my test date and on my test date. However, the instructor messaged me saying that the next lesson that we originally had booked was still on. I showed up for the lesson but read a email when I stepped off the tube stating that he was still sick and could not attend the lesson. He had decided to cancel another lesson 1 hour before it was due. I had now lost 2 days off work due to this instructor cancelling at the last minute Not only had I lost 2 days’ work due to short notice cancellations I’d also missed out on essential training a week before my test. It really was not possible for me to reschedule as I have collage exams for the rest of the week. I chose this company as they had good reviews on trust pilot. However, I am urging any potential student to read this carefully before you commit a large amount of money to these people. Gaynor who gets very defence whenever you explain a problem to her, laughed when I said that this was not acceptable and that I had rights as a consumer. I was told that I would have to contact the instructor to arrange a refund but after pointing out how poor the company had performed, I was told that I would be issued a refund that could take up to 14 days to process. I must state that after the mess that was the crash course, I was offered an alternative driver but wouldn’t risk using such an unreliable company. I also don’t have the spare time due to exams. Hopefully I will be able to find an emergency instructor for my test. As we all know there’s currently a waiting time off up to 6 months for test so missing it is not an option. I’ve also contacted the DVSA and explained the situation and ultimately, they will decide if the service fell below standard or not.

Simon was a great instructor and know exactly what he is doing with each individual person. It felt like a true bespoke lesson. Made my driver training experience easy.

Noel is really organised and Elaine is a really kind and relaxed instructor. She has so many hints and tips to help you remember important things as you learn. Thanks so much - definitely recommended.

From the first discussion I had with Noel in the office, to booking lessons with Rahan and ultimately passing my test, I was really impressed with Intensive Courses Driving School. In a time when finding tests has been so hard and stressful, they were very relaxed, helpful and efficient. They were quick to find me a test date and then put me in touch with my instructor Rahan. From there I was able to book my lessons around a busy work schedule, at times that suited me. Rahan was brilliant. Extremely affable but also very knowledgeable, patient, and a calming presence which was exactly what I needed. Good company all round. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Had Glenn from intensive courses, had a 24 hour course booked with him, was ill on one of the days but he tried to do what he could to make these up for me. Any way he was a fantastic instructor and I passed 1st time with only 3 minors so thankyou.

Intensive driving are open in their communication and extremely easy to work with. Finding something hassle-free was important for me and intensive courses delivered on that. My instructor, Musaffar, that I was partnered with was an absolutely amazing teacher also. Thanks to him I’ve successfully passed my driving test first time.

Intensive course really help me with passing my test. They booked my test right away and updated me when an earlier test was available. My instructor was Jay and I cab honestly say he was amazing. Help me to pass my test but most importantly he trained me to he confident on the road which is something you don't really get with other instructors. I've had other instructors and every time I was always nervous.. . But Jay teaches you confidence which I believe is more important than pass!

The team at Intensive Driving were really helpful in getting my test booked as soon as possible, and arranging an instructor to get me up to test standard. My instructor, Rahan, was excellent - calm, very clear when giving instructions, and knowledgable. All of which ensured that I passed first time!

I booked a 45 hours course with this company. They helped me in every way possible, I couldn’t have asked for more. My driving instructor Steve, was the calmest and nicest bloke. I managed to pass first time and definitely won’t be looking back now! I advise anyone doing an intensive course to do it through this company, as they didn’t fault me once. Top stuff

Elaine is the best driving instructor I’ve had. I was not a natural or good driver after doing plenty of lessons with other instructors before. Elaine helped me to pass my driving test on the first attempt. Would definitely recommend!

Rahan was very good at explaining everything, always on time! Friendly and 100% the best instructor i ever had i highly recommend him to anyone! i could not of passed if it wasn’t for him, thank you so much!

Intensive and my instructor Paresh were fabulous. They scheduled my test, rescheduled it based on my convenience, answered all my queries in relation to any doubts I had and made sure I was ready for the test. Paresh is a superstar instructor and ensured I learnt the best ways as well as learnt how to pass the test. He made the actual test feel easy and helped me feel calm and confident. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to pass the test and learn how to drive without getting caught up in spending lots of money with instructors who don't care about you. They really care!

I can highly recommend Intensive Courses! From the start Noel was a pleasure to talk to and got me a test much more quickly than I could have got myself (3 months vs 6). Communication was great, and my instructor Plamen was brilliant, really instilling confidence and making the whole thing fun. Felt confident on test day and fortunately passed! The service is not the cheapest, but from having used a couple of other schools before, I think worth every penny.
