This company colludes with its driving instructors to cheat people. When you have a problem, they don't solve it immediately, but instead drag it out. My instructor didn't show up for a lesson and made excuses saying he was there on a Saturday. but I stood there for half an hour and didn't see him or receive a call. I emailed the company immediately on that Saturday to request a new instructor or a refund, but they only responded to me on the day of my driving test ,by which time it was too late for a refund. Everyone needs to be wary of such unethical companies. I paid £240 for their service fee, and the instructor's 21 hours totalled £798, making a total of about £1200. They even refused to refund the remaining eight hours of lessons, claiming it was my fault. What is the difference between them and scammers? As for the instructor's attendance, they didn't provide any evidence of where he was. I'm confused because I had already told him I would be there at 2:20pm. If he wasn't there, why didn't he tell me where he was? Who is paying whom? This should be made clear. Totally lied !!!!!
Regarding the instructor, he had a bad temper, no patience, and repeatedly shouted at me. Whenever I turned, he would shout at me and even grab the steering wheel. His language was particularly unfriendly. At the beginning of my lessons, he told me that I couldn't pass and said this every time, which made me lose confidence in myself. Then before the test day , he said someone cancelled his lessons and ask me if I want to book . This kind of attitude and behaviour is unacceptable. I have been driving for 6 years in another country and only needed to familiarise myself with the test route.
Don’t book lesson in Hendon with chris and this company ! Totally awful !!and you will never forget this experience with this people !
