Musaffar was a great instructor. He helped me pass on my first test. He gave me a really dedicated and insightful intensive 20 hours of lessons, focused on the area my test was and guided me through all the manoeuvres expertly. Thank you!

I highly recommend booking Intensive Courses. From initially booking my course last summer, due to Covid and the various lockdowns I ended up having lessons cancelled and rescheduled, I had 2 practical tests cancelled, but eventually 9 months later(!) I managed to pass my test 1st time with only 2 minors thanks to the Intensive Courses team and my instructor, Musaffar. The team at Intensive Courses were very efficient at assigning me a local instructor and were great at communicating with me via email and phone throughout the whole process including booking in the Theory & Practical Tests on my behalf. They even managed to secure my driving test a month earlier than originally scheduled because someone had cancelled which was great service. Everyone I had contact with throughout the course were extremely friendly, helpful and professional and under the circumstances I think they were amazing and really supportive. A massive thanks so my instructor, Musaffar, who was very patient and helped me to become more confident in areas I was anxious about. He's extremely experienced having been an instructor 20+ years and knows the test routes well. For example, we practised a parallel park just before my test and on the test I was asked to do a parallel park behind the exact same car I had practised on earlier! Overall, I had a great experience and I'm really pleased with the results under the circumstances.

A brilliant experience with a top class driving school. I called and spoke to all the intensive driving schools in my part of London before choosing one for my son's 21st birthday present. Dealing with Noel at Intensive Courses Driving School was completely different to speaking to the other schools, where they made me feel like they were doing me a favour by having the conversation. With Noel I was able to ask all the questions I needed to to make my selection and it felt as though they asked questions of me that showed them to be totally vested in the outcome. It felt as though I was picking a bespoke service, tailored to my son's needs and indeed, once he met with the driver and started the course, that proved to be exactly right. Their price point is mid range but I felt that we got excellent value for money - and not just because my son passed his test first time but per se. Everything about the experience; initial contact, depth of discussion, choice of driver, admin, nice people to do business with, a sense of being in it together, was top notch. A wholly satisfying experience.

Thanks so much to Noel for organising all - with COVID putting a stop to everything and changing all plans quite a few times it was such a relief to be able to rely on Intensive courses to sort out the test booking time and time again. I have to give a HUGE thank you to Federico my instructor, as a somewhat nervous driver he put my mind at ease and made every lesson so enjoyable, he really is such a fab teacher and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He made sure I always felt confident behind the wheel and made sure I knew exactly what I was doing. All thanks to him I passed on my first test with two minors, I really couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The customer service is probably some of the best I’ve ever experienced. After seeing the news reports about there being a huge backlog of driving tests I was pretty worried. However Noel and the team told me that once I’d passed my theory test they’d do their best to book a test. Well I thankfully passed my test and I was expecting to hear back about a test in a few weeks. Noel let me know the SAME DAY that they had found and booked me on a driving test. Can’t recommended this company enough! Thanks to the team at intensive courses.

Would highly recommend Intensive Courses! From start to finish they made the whole process easy and stress-free for us, from booking my son's theory test, to assigning us a fantastic driving instructor (Alan is amazing!) to arranging the practical test - all with the trials and tribulations of Covid-19. My son passed his driving test first time, thank you so much!

My instructor - Nurul Islam was constantly on his phone, late to lessons and answering family phone calls during our lessons. He would also waste time filling up petrol and on one occasion wasted 10 minutes signing up for a membership at the petrol station. Recently he was falling asleep while I was driving as he is fasting for Ramadan. On our last lesson I calmly told him that I feel nervous driving while he is on his phone. He replied by saying "don't worry 100% of my attention is on you." I asked him how this was possible if he is on his phone to which he aggressively replied " if you want to argue about it pull up and we can debate it." As an anxiety sufferer this made feel extremely uncomfortable behind the wheel. I do not recommend this instructor at all. I am still waiting to hear back from this company.

Noel was great and helped me find a great instructor Rajesh. I passed my test today. He really knows what he is doing and he slowly builds your confidence and skill on the road. Cant say thank you enough!

I can’t speak highly enough about the lessons and treatment I received from George. I was a total novice at 36, having never sat in the driver’s seat of a car on February 2020 and I passed my test, first time, in august 2020 even with the break in teaching due to the pandemic. That was all down to George. George’s calm demeanour and laid back teaching style made me very comfortable from the outset and made the lessons enjoyable which in turn made learning a lot easier. Once we had completed the fundamentals I spent a lot of the time driving around the area where my test was to take place which meant on the day of my test I was very familiar with my surroundings and reduced the chances of any surprises. I can’t thank George enough for all the help and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking to get their licence! Enda

I rang intensive courses driving school shortly after lockdown ended in July and after speaking to Noel (who was incredibly helpful and friendly) got myself booked in for a 30 hour course. The 2nd lockdown put a spanner in the works of my lessons but Noel and my instructor Musafar bent over backwards to get me ready for my test on December 18th. I passed 1st time thanks to Musafar who is a brilliant instructor and a very calming influence (I suffer from anxiety and without him I’m not sure I would ever have been able to drive). I think by the day of my test musafar had something like 10 people passed in a 2-3 week period so you are in good hands with him. I cannot recommend intensive courses driving school enough. I booked a 30 hour course with Intensive Courses having not done any driving lessons at all on six years The process to get started was simple and clear. My instructor Yousouff was brilliant - I was nervous at the prospect of driving in London, but he did a great job at building my confidence up quickly and ensuring I felt comfortable with the different elements of the test. I really enjoyed an intensive course, as practising all the different components together (normal driving, roundabouts, manoeuvres etc) made it feel like I was learning to drive much more naturally than just doing an hour a week. It also meant I became used to driving in lots of different traffic conditions which I think is really useful. I was really pleased to pass my test first time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Yousouff and Intensive Courses!

Right from the off, Intensive Courses have been great. Very proactive with getting in contact with me to arrange lessons and happy to answer any calls / questions about test dates and future lessons etc. My driving instructor was Musaffar who was fantastic. Very calm and collected with pin point manoeuvres I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I was the 4th person to pass that week under his guidance. Glad to be done and happy to have gone with Intensive Courses.

Before September 2020, I had never sat in the driver's seat of a car, and by December, I had passed. Yousouff is a fantastic and exceptionally conscientious instructor, and I had an excellent experience with the Intensive Courses Driving School. Highly recommend!!

Steve was my instructor and he was amazing!! So calm, and helpful and explained everything so clearly and kindly! I passed first time and enjoyed every minute of my lessons with Steve! I’m going to miss my lessons with him!

You will have a flawless communication, professional drivers, an easy, quick and test day book that suits your needs. My Driver Nora she was outstanding in making sure I clean any bad driving habits, show me all the test driving routes and and really explain into details the best way to pass my test including giving me a boost in my driving confidence. Overall the experience and service with driving intensive school was professional, polite and kind. Although there is some areas of improvement to be considered with communication from the instructor on one occasion. It was however, a very good experience. I would recommend the service to future learners who want to complete their driving in a shorter space of time. It is also good to think ahead and plan in regards to commitment to the course selected. Come ready to learn and make good progress with each lesson. Be proactive and ask questions ,also do some additional work/reading for your own style of learning to progress over the length of your course. Thanking the team.
