I had an excellent experience with Intensive Courses, passing my practical after taking a 10 hour course from Shams. I have 15 years of driving experience outside of the UK, otherwise I would have considered a slightly longer course for my own confidence. The lessons were well structured, Shams was an excellent communicator and quickly got me up to speed for driving in the UK.

Elaine was fantastic instructor, very patient and supportive and made every effort to change lesson schedules when an emergency came up. The team at intensive were amazing and rebooked a test for me at short notice. I would highly recommend.

Very effective. They got me a slot when it was impossible to book the test due to unavailability of dates. They reassured me and gave me confidence to pass after just one lesson. I had previously taken circa 10 lessons with other instructor

I can’t thank Noel, Gaynor - and most of all, my amazing instructor Rahan - enough for helping me to pass my test yesterday. I failed my first driving test a long time ago and I was anxious about driving again, but Rahan really put my mind at ease. He was the best teacher I could have hoped for! Rahan is calm, patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything really clearly and thanks to him, after 30 hours of lessons I passed with 2 minors. Noel and Gaynor at Intensive Courses were brilliant too. Within about an hour of me making the payment they had put me in touch with Rahan. And they took care of booking my theory and my practical tests which really took the pressure off so I could just focus on my lessons. Thank you Intensive Courses and Rahan!

I booked Yousouff through intensive course London, and passed my driving test after 12 days of learning. Yousouff is an amazing instructor and I could not recommend him enough, he is very calm, funny and kind :)

I have rated this company 5 star ⭐️ as I thought it was well worth the money. I first phoned up and spoke to Noel and explained to him that I needed my license as soon as possible. He told me that if anyone could do it, it would be him and he could find me a test date very quickly and as soon as one became available, it would be mine. After speaking to him, I booked a 14 hour crash course. A week later he found me a test date for three weeks time in Barking. Two weeks before my test date he found me an absolutely excellent, very experienced driving instructor called Jegan. He had a very calm approach to teaching and made me feel well prepared for the day, definitely helping me to pass first time. Thank you to Noel and Jegan at Intensive courses driving school !

I am a GP and I chose this school based on reputation after looking through a numbers of pages - I was with AA previously for manual and I did not have experience so I have switched to automatic first time before COVID - we were going to have intensive course but ended up being almost a 2 year things with start and stop in between - My instructor was Sham and I can honestly say that he has been very professional, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to - we started from basic and build up experience and skills systemically - towards the end we were doing Mock tests and route daily for 2 weeks so I got to know all the test route very well - My test centre was Chingford and I meet up at Stratford - For automatic I passed first time with 3 minors and I was very happy - so I would highly recommend Intensive Courses Driving School to anyone - Best Wishes - Charlie

Very good experience. I had Yousouff as my instructor and he was great. I was learning much older than most (31) but enjoyed my lessons. Yousouff was really calm during my lessons, he allowed me to progress at my own speed. I opted for an intense period of 3 hour lessons which worked really well as it allowed for a lot of progress during each lesson. I passed first time at Tottenham and the way Yousouff taught really helped with this. Not only were the essentials of driving taught, but he took time to give tips and hits for nearly every junction so I knew the easiest way to do then on test day. He even gave tips for how to negotiate some local roadworks which was really helpful. Thanks Yousouff and team.

My experience with this company was terrible. Two instructors, one nice but unreliable one who was just an outright sexist. Shocked to see these attitudes towards women are still deemed acceptable to be honest. Their instructors were really unprofessional. My first instructor from the organisation was a really nice man who was just totally unreliable, in one week he showed up an hour late and then missed the other two lessons and didnt answer his phone to let me know he would be missing the lessons. A real shame but sadly with the time I was taking off work I couldnt afford to be messed around like that. I contacted the office to let them know and their response made me feel like I was being unreasonable for wanting some consistency, Noel went from beig super chirpy to being quite rude and blunt. Their response to my requests for a new instructor was for me to contact the instructor and ask for a refund and then they would find me another instructor. I asked if they could find me someone who could do times that were convenient to me and they told me that they wouldnt be able to accommodate that, I would have to arrange that with the instructor. I waited two weeks to start with my new instructor, who at first seemed great. He emailed me and was well organised, up until our first lesson I was very hopeful. Then the problems started, sentences like "You're a typical woman arent you, you just do whatever you want dont you" and "come on dear get moving". He was often calling me dear in a very patronising way, this was not the ideal learning environment for me at all. What also became apparent during the lessons was that he was often confusing me with someone else, assuming he had covered bits of information that he had never taught me, including on the day of my test when he said "now you remember what under the bonnet looks like" something we had never covered before. My test was on the friday, he only mentioned the content of the test on the Monday, luckily I had already been revising the show me tell me questions because when he told me about them on the monday I would have been very far behind. The last straw was during our last lesson where he unwrapped a sweet and threw the wrapper out of the window. Who does that?!?! I was also quite shocked when he told me that intensive lessons dont really work and it was better to learn over a longer period of time. I went to intensive courses hoping to have an instructor who could pass me quickly and got someone who didnt even believe in the ethos of the company I went with. I spent over £700 with this company and massively regret it. I learnt more from my dad taking me out than my instructor, even the content of the test my dad seemed to have revised more information on and had more pointers for me than my instuctor. This company is a churn and burn. I would avoid.

Amazing experience. I passed first time, and with zero driving faults. ALL thanks to my fantastic instructor Elaine (honestly she's a magician). Intensive Courses managed everything with great communication throughout the pandemic. Big BIG recommmend!

Gary was fantastic. Super patient and an excellent teacher. Days before the test I felt like I had been driving for years. Would highly recommend using Gary if you want to pass first time. Intensive courses were also super friendly and helpful with getting things rebooked due to covid cancelling tests etc. All round fantastic service

Rahan at intensive courses was absolutely amazing! I started off as a nervous driver who was scared to learn to drive, but he put me at ease straight away and explained everything clearly and helped me grow my confidence to drive and pass my test! I can’t thank rahan enough for all his help to getting me to this point and what a great instructor he is!

From start to finish, it has been a pleasure learning how to drive with intensive courses. They booked my test for me which relieved the stress, and assigned an amazing instructor. Yousouff (my instructor) was the best teacher I could have asked for. Thorough, patient, calm and encouraging. I was able to pass first time and I must give all the credit to Yousouff. Thank you to Yousouff to organising all of my lessons in such a short space of time, and ensuring I am ready to drive on the roads safely! Highly recommend intensive courses.

Booked a test for me at my ideal date. The course was set over 7 days, my instructor Kamal was an amazing teacher, she worked well with me to make a lot of progress over the week and bring me up to test standard.

So happy to pass first time after an intensive course - i highly recommend it. Noel and the team at Intensive Courses went above and beyond to find me the earliest test date possible! My instructor Nurul was super flexible and helped me spread my 30 hours over 2 weeks.
