I had no experience in a car on the road and was very scared to get behind the wheel. Glenn was absolutely amazing, within 2 and a half weeks I passed my driving test! I have only good words to say about my experience. I booked a 20-hour course with Yousouff and took my test at the Wood Green test centre in London. Yousouff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, which helped make feel comfortable and confident when driving. I passed my test first time thanks to Yousouff. I would recommend splitting the 20 hours over 2 weeks as 3-hour lessons in London each day can get very intense!
I feel lucky to have found this driving school, my instructor, Stephen Mwangi, was brilliant from the day 1. I would highly recommend Stephen, he ensured we get our basics right as we progressed, always patiently explained everything, brilliantly adapted to any areas that needed improvement whilst progressing further and provided great feedback, which lead to pass with 1st attempt in practical test. From other reviews it seems a standard for Intensive Courses Driving School instructors is very high, which is an amazing benefit. So if you are reading this to decide if this driving school is good - then be insured you will get Best in Class teaching standards. I might have booked courses with them to get earlier test date (post covid backlog still had to wait 5 months!), but reflecting back on it - it was the best decision I could have made as I also switched from different driving school with much poorer instructor. Noel @ Intensive Courses Driving School is absolutely brilliant. Not only did he fill me with massive confidence, he showed massive faith and allowed me to take a reduced 10hr course as I already had a fully motorcycle license. He also was brilliant in finding and booking a test within a couple of weeks that was months before the average with the current backlog. A special shout out to my instructor Julien Labastide who is an incredible instructor and a credit to the profession!
Glen taught me from intensive courses and he was brilliant I passed first time really great teacher and really patient would recommend him to anyone my sister will be using him too when she starts
Intensive courses were absolutely fantastic on helping find my driving instructor (Simon) so quickly. I had terrible experiences with customer service from previous companies but Noel was absolutely incredible. Sorted my course out for me in a very efficient manner and explained to me the process in full detail. Couldn’t recommend them anymore!

I had a very bad previous experience with another company, since may 21 and never even had a follow-through, having to look for another. After a failed test some years ago, I contacted Intensive Courses as I wanted to get back into lessons and make some swift progress, particularly after the disruption caused by the pandemic. Noel and the team were very helpful and arranged for lessons with Sandy Menedez, who was a calm and experienced instructor not afraid to praise me or pull me up on mistakes. The intensive nature of the course worked well for me and I would recommend both Intensive Courses and Sandy to anybody looking to learn to drive and pass their test. Thanks again! Chris
Intensive Courses handled my driving schedule excellently. They took the administrative burden away. Lots of rescheduled tests from illness at the moment, mean this is more useful than usual. Assigning Simon Jenner meant I had a high quality instructor, who ultimately assisted me in a pass with 3 faults. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks!
Elaine was an incredible instructor. Definitely don’t see myself having passed without her help and advice. She was patient, honest and accommodating. In no time at all I went from a basic level driver to being comfortable behind the wheel. Can’t recommend highly enough.
From start to finish the communication provided by Intensive Courses and my instructor Kester was amazing. The instruction I received from Kester was great. Instructions were clear, concise, detailed and when needed were backed up with images/graphics on an iPad. I passed with zero faults and that’s as much down to Kester as it was me. He prepared me for the exam in the best way and that showed with my result.
I learnt with Alan, doing 24 hours and had never drove before, really good instructor helped me pass very quickly and first time!

Had a really great experience with the entire Intensive Driving team. Thank you to Noel for being so friendly and quick to respond. A special thanks to my amazing instructor Shams. He was very calm, patient, and clearly tailored our lessons to what I needed to work on. I had many years of experience driving in the US, and took 10 hours of lessons. I would recommend this amount to other American drivers - it really is quite different here!
