Intensive Courses Driving School

You are paying for two services: Intensive/Noel to find you a cancellation test in a location of your choice and set you up with an instructor who can accommodate your time frame and then you're paying the instructor to teach you. You're free to find a different instructor (good luck with that) so all told, you're stumping up a lot of cash and putting your faith in people you've no idea about other than from these reviews. So, having lived through the fear and the doubts, let me assure you that ICDS is the absolute real deal. I booked for my son and gave Noel a heads up on a range of history and personal issues that would need to be managed. After three weeks he called me with a date a further three weeks hence in our first choice test centre. Amazing. He passed me the contact details of Sandy, our instructor who I spoke to same day and booked some sessions with for a few days later. Sandy listened to every concern I had and was incredibly patient with me (my son didn't require such high maintenance) and reassured both of us that my son would sail through his test. He did exactly that. Sandy was a star throughout and after my son passed his test, gave him a 2 hour motorway lesson. One month on and my son has now driven all over London, to and around Oxford and had a long weekend trip to Lulworth Cove, 120 miles away. Passing has raised his overall self-confidence and given the whole family a lift. Thank you Noel and thank you Sandy: fantastic both.

The Imstuctor was very patient and helpful when teaching me on such short notice. Over the 10 hours he helped me over come my anxiety about driving and was very helpful. Would highly recommend using them.

The team helped me book a driving test when I was struggling to get one that wasn’t month’s away. They then set me up with Antony who sorted all my lessons in a matter of weeks to help me pass 1st time with just 1 minor. Can’t recommend him enough, great experience all round.

Great intensive driving course. I was concerned initially as I’d read bad reviews about other intense companies (which made me not proceed booking with them) but this company have been amazing. Communication is prompt, they’re very helpful, secured a test date fairly quickly and gave me a brilliant and professional driving instructor who was friendly, supportive, knowledgable and a great teacher. Definitely a 5 start experience, Jay the driving instructor was so friendly and helped in so many ways I could not be more grateful would recommend for anybody struggling with lesons, I done 10 hours with Jay and bagged my self a first time pass.

Glen was an amazing instructor and showed great patience while still pushing me to improve. his teaching style was clear and effective and I would highly recommend the experience for anyone wanting to learn to drive quickly

Had 12-hours worth of lessons with Chris in West London (after a 'hiatus' from driving of almost 4/5 years!), and can honestly say that it could not have gone any better! Chris was very understanding and thorough, with meticulous attention to detail, which made me feel very relaxed and confident while out on the road. Entered the car feeling nervous on the first day, but after 12-hours, I can say that I am feeling a lot more confident with a solid grasp on how to deal with what's out there. Highly recommend!

Amazing driving school. I can’t begin to express how incredible Glen was throughout my lessons. I passed first time with them! Highly recommended as they will make you feel comfortable from the first day and continue to make you feel safe while driving.

Great support given from day 1, since I have started thinking on getting the driving license. They have helped me on understanding the process of getting both theory and practical test with their recommendations which were very useful, specially at the start. Excellent driving instructor, Michael, and very experienced, observant and helpful.

I’m so glad I did this course rather than taking a load of lessons with another company as her they actually want you to pass, My instructor was Akim who was excellent throughout and even though there was allot of struggle to get through my test in the 5 day course (due to a dodgy photo on the provisional licence) but after that hurdle I got through it and Akim managed to sort everything out for me. Akim was very supportive but gave the right advice when I messed up on anything, just what you want in a instructor. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I’m a very happy man. I’m very happy with this company and what everyone has done for me, especially Akim.

I honestly couldn't recommend this driving school more. Both Noel (who helped me book the course) and Stephen (my instructor) made what can be a very stressful and nervous process, very easy. Noel was incredibly helpful when booking my course and Stephen was patient, helpful and a great driving instructor. I passed my test first time and I have no doubt it was down to this driving school. There are so driving schools in London (it can become overwhelming to choose!) so i'd really recommend going straight to Noel and Stephen.

When I first contacted Intensive Courses, I spoke to Noel. He was the only person (out of my long list of driving schools that I spoke to) who left me feeling reassured, heard, and excited to start! The process was swift and hassle free - something I did not anticipate given the covid-19 pandemic and the delays with getting a practical test. My Instructor (Makarios) was assigned to me very quickly and he was an absolute delight. I felt confident and ready - and passed first time around because of it!

Every step from start to finish was smooth, no complications at all and I had one of their best instructors. Musaffer was absolutely brilliant and his teaching techniques were easy and effective. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

I had booked 38 hours worth of car driving lessons and am very satisfied and happy with them. There was a lot of flexibility to fit around my daily work life and it never felt rushed or anything like that. My instructor, Yousouff, was incredible. He was calm and collected, especially what I needed considering I was quite nervous at first and taught me everything I need to know. I passed with only 1 minor and I cannot be grateful enough for Yousouff and the lessons in general. Highly recommend.
