We had a complicated insurance issue due to building an extension. Solange at Intelligent Insurance was helpful, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to sort out our policy as quickly as possible.

Compared with other insurance brokers, Intelligent Insurance were very easy to deal with - clear, efficient communication and, most importantly, they found the best policy quickly. Also very pleasant on the phone.

A few days before renewal of my household insurance, I was unable to update my debit card details online as my bank had issued a new card. The only way was to telephone Intelligent Insurance directly. This resulted in me having to pay at the same time as my notifications to them! A) why does their website not allow card details to be updated, and B) why did payment have to be taken just because I notified them of a new card payment. Would they have preferred that I did not notify them, and wait for them to co tact me when payment would not go through?

No problem renewing my policy for another year at a very good price. Also when I moved house in the summer everything went smoothly.

Accurate quoting process and efficient support to review the policy and pay. Let's hope I don't have to make a claim!

A few years ago a very patient consultant from this company spent a good half hour with us on the phone discussing our admittedly complicated requirements for house building and contents insurance on our listed building. She came up with a brilliant quote which we were very happy to accept, and the company has continued to offer us a competitive price at renewal ever since. We have just renewed again and were delighted to note that the premium had gone down by nearly £50. This is an excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended.
