Confusion around payments raised a formal complaint , different dates given confusion around information Had this policy 2 years won’t be renewing after this year already looking at other insurance companies The team think it’s acceptable to not know when payments will actually come out of the bank as a single parent carer with limited income it’s the least an insurance company should be able to do

I obtained a quotation for home and contents insurance but needed cover while on prolonged holiday. They quoted quickly and at a price which was massively lower than their competitors. One of their agents called me before I had accepted to ask if I had any questions and was very pleasant and polite. When I called back later the perosn I spoke to was equally helpful and arranged my cover. Overall a very efficient service with amazing value for money.

Jack was most helpful and made the process very easy as insurance can be a minefield making sure you have the right cover. They had more cover for the money than other quotes so it was a no brainer to use them and it was nice to be able to talk in person rather than use comparison sites which appear cheaper but you don’t get the same cover or service.

Wasted 30minutes getting a quote off these cowboys, came back with a £1000 premium and an exclusion/ endorsement to ensure my locks were adequate, are they having a laugh? 9 years no claims history and they think my locks are insufficient. At the price they're charging, they should come change the locks and they'll still make a sizeable profit.

I was shocked when my home insurance quote came in from Nationwide ( RSA ) this year, it has gone up dramatically in two years, this year going up to £639. A rise over the two years of almost £380 so this year I searched around and found that Intelligent Insurance were the best by far.
