The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

The team came Monday 11th July to lay complete new water supply pipe from pavement to rear of house. All worked extremely hard, lots of deep digging etc. Tony, Sam, Kris, Danny and 3 other lads at different times. Tony made the internal connection which was extremely difficult to access and involved sawing off part of a kitchen unit back panel. Kris and Danny returned on Tuesday, completed the mole-ing, laid the pipe and filled all the holes very neatly. Great work and delighted with the result.

Kris and Danny turned out to fix a mains leak for me. 2nd time I've employed Impact Utilities and for good reason. Excellent standards of work, problem quickly identified and fixed , they tidied up and restored my driveway so that you would never know there had been a problem. Had a mainswater leak in our back garden , via insurance the company send two techs to fix turned up early in morning Kris and Tom just got on with the job reassuring us polite and friendly even to our dog 🦊 got the job done no hassle a credit to your company , will use again if we ever need to 😁

We had water leaking through our tiled kitchen floor. The Impact team laid a new mains pipe deep under our front garden along the length of the house, bypassing the old lead pipes, and connected up. Very pleased. Tommy, Jake, Ollie, Kris and Danny were hardworking and considerate, and did an excellent job making good. Recommend highly.
