Bought more as so useful to temporarily keep my dogs out of part of my garden (newly turfed). Good price and fast delivery

Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.

Delivery wrong sofa and damaged

Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.

Frustrating

Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

I love the table and chairs but website awfull

I love the table and chairs but, i tried to buy it the first purchase did not go through, i emailed and then ennded up ordereing it again, when i kept adding in my basket it added on another £10 i did email but eventually gave up and paid it.

I bought a polytunnel from homedone DONT! and…

I bought a polytunnel from homedone and the hinges for the door didn’t line up with the pre-drilled holes for the hinges to screw into. Informed them of this immediately and had a reply saying show pictures and refer to the instructions which pieces needed sending and we will replace them, great, or so I thought. So I expecting to be sent the faulty pieces to replace but no instead they said they would come back to collect the item (which was now built and on the allotment) and bring a replacement which again was no point as it took hours to get it up in the first place so they refunded me £20 which is no use to me either so now I’ve got a polytunnel with a dodgy door. All I wanted was a door that shut and opened on my polytunnel this was the reason for buying an upgrade as I’ve always had zip polytunnels. Wish I never bothered now. Very disappointed with Home done.

Still awaiting a refund

Still awaiting a refund. No contact from this company. They have no customer care policy. Avoid at all costs. We are going to the small claims court. Do t waste your hard earned money with this company. Look elsewhere sane stuff and cheaper. Xxx

Overall good purchase for the amount…

Overall good purchase for the amount and happy with the service with good communication when delivering it. FYI: if you don’t have lift and delivery person have to bring the sofa upstairs they will charge few pounds (20-30 pounds) depending on how many stairs which is reasonable.

20/05/2025 - Priorities, receiving this email to rate the service is a bit ludicrous considering I haven’t received the order yet. When marketing forgets about customer service. 23/05/2025 - Update, it has turned up, all is good in the hood. Upgraded from a joke to a 3.
