Bought more as so useful to temporarily keep my dogs out of part of my garden (newly turfed). Good price and fast delivery

Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.

Delivery wrong sofa and damaged

Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.

Frustrating

Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Very satisfied with the grey and black…

Very satisfied with the grey and black corner sofa I purchased. The quality is outstanding. The delivery time they give was spot on and on time as stated. The lads that delivered the sofa were polite and professional and literally took seconds to get in the house,and easy to to put together. i was surprised how smooth and quick it was. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again from here soon

Delivery guys were really good and…

Delivery guys were really good and helpful chair was as expected I love my new chair. Also with me being admitted to hospital I had to postpone delivery and the staff were amazing and so helpful during my difficult time and once I was home delivery got sorted quickly

On arrival of my new sofa

On arrival of my new sofa, the delivery drivers did not respect my property, instead of lifting my items they pushed it into the house and ripped the brusher out from the bottom of the front door, and then when they brought my sofa into the house, they broke one of the legs .

Great little sofa for the price

Great little sofa for the price, delivery men were lovely, took it to room of choice and were very chatty. Kept informed with times of delivery too. Would recommend this company, especially the delivery people 😊

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Wrong sofas sent and then a further delay and awful product when it arrived. Had to pay to get replacement inserts for the sofa as it was so uncomfortable. The company I went to could not believe that material had been used for a sofa. Do not use!!!

Great price, good quality, slow unorganised delivery.

Great price for good quality sofa. Delivery was slow. I was given a 2 week window for delivery, then given a date 2 days after the end of that window then had It delayed again for another 3 days.
