Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Delivery wrong sofa and damaged
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Frustrating
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Something came up with my order, but I’ve got to say — the customer service was outstanding. Irtiqa handled everything smoothly and made the whole process stress-free. No stars from me disgusting company returned a marble table to their fabulous warehouse. It’s a run down farm in the middle of nowhere where. The owner said to me we rarely see them. Anyway I left the table took photos and the farm guy said thank you. Move on the bunch of liars at home said we have never received the table and will not issue a refund. So I Am taking them to the small claims court. If you want anything from there website look elsewhere sometime cheaper but you get better after sales after care. And you feel Wanted as a customer but not this shite company

We purchased a Modern Design Oak Top Dining Table Set with Bench - Navy Blue from home done and feel we have been. A sticker fell on the table and when we removed the sticker the top of whatever it is on the table came off. Whatever is on the hardboard top is no thicker than a piece of paper. So my advice to anybody is if you want a table and benches that look good then buy this set. However if you want a table and benches you actually intend to use them do not. It may look good but is not fit for purpose. Also home done will not do anything about the problem they just keep giving excuses. Next stop trading standards this is a terrible table and is not usable as a table.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, would not be buying from this company again. Bought a BBQ which never arrived on time. Got told originally it was in delayed then got told it was damaged, reasons kept changing. They just read from a script & don’t listen to you . Got my BBQ cover before the BBQ , then they wouldn’t take that back, wanted to charge me a fee Beware as not sure this company is legit

Excellent quality table tennis table
I bought a table tennis table and it is really good quality. I was kept up to date with regards when it was going to be delivered and Home Done were very accommodating when I had to cancel the initial delivery date at very short notice. Really pleased with the entire service from ordering through to the final delivery.

Scam Warning – Avoid at All Costs!
We ordered a wardrobe on 8th April and received a completely different piece of furniture — wrong size, wrong finish, nothing like what we paid for. We contacted customer service immediately, but here we are on 6th May with zero resolution. No refund, no return arranged, and no proper communication. It’s like customer service doesn’t even exist. This is clearly a scam. They take your money, send you something random, and then ignore you. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs. Do not trust them with your time or money.

I wish there was a zero star!
I wish there was a zero star! Bought a couch, it took just over a month to arrive. When it did, it was in good condition but very hard and smelt really bad, like damp mould. We sent it back after one week. They came to pick it up and said they would refund us monies £169 as there was nothing wrong with it, even though we said it smelt. They said it didn't. Everyone who came into the house could smell it immediately. It's been a month now and we've still not received our refund.
