Clean and tidy store
I visited the ashington branch. The store was airy and clean . After I selected my goods off I went to the checkout. There were a couple of ladies in front of me and they were greeted with a hello by the checkout lady called jenna. .she was friendly and polite to them and even said thank you. Then it came to my turn what a jekyll and Hyde. I got no greeting I was giving no eye contact I got no please or thank you she was only interested in getting another member of staff on the tills so was talking to her colleague while zapping my products? 2 star service and that's being generous
Home Bargains in Albany Road, Cardiff
I visit Home Bargains earlier this afternoon in Albany Road Cardiff, 1 of your staff name Luke ( he maybe a supervisor ) wearing red shirt walked in front of me when me and my son was looking at the shelf to see what drinks to buy, what he could have done is walked behind us and he did not even say 'sorry' or 'excuse me' for doing that, I found that is kind of 'rude' attitude towards customers. You know I work in retail myself so that kind of behaviour is not acceptable.

Today I visited the new Tindale…
Today I visited the new Tindale Crescent store. Bought more plants than I expected so was struggling. One member of staff named Dan stopped and transferred all my goods into his trolley. His help and kindness was much appreciated. All the staff are also helpful in this store.

I drive from Ilford Lane , to Your Eastern Ave West Store , when others are nearer and easier to get to , because your store is the cleanest , tidiest , the staff are very helpful and are always very polite . Bangor store co down more holes and spaces on shelf's than roads in n.ireland. Shelf's are always empty but staff are nice. Area manager needs do his job right start looking at stock levels etc. Oh B&M said thank you for the extra business 😉

I shop at home bargains in Harlow My husband and I bought garden furniture The manager Andy and store assistant Nathan were so helpful. Great customer service. The shop is always tidy and the team are always happy to help. They deserve a recognition from the regional manager for all the hard work they do.

Helpfulness and courtesy
Last weekend my sister and I bought each other garden lights as Easter gifts. I tried mine out but one didn’t work. I searched for the receipt but couldn’t find it. I went up to the store and they were very happy to allow me to exchange my item for another one. I regularly find that the less expensive stores treat their customers with greater courtesy. I frequently visit HoneBargains even if it is just to look around and will continue to do so as they have made me feel a valued customer.

Totally unreasonable parking fine
Penrith was gridlocked for a few days in early March.We parked at Home Bargains and went shopping and walked into town as the road was closed. We received a notice that we had outstayed our time in the Home Bargains car park. We appealed the fine due to the unusual circumstances and were asked to produce a copy of our receipt for our shopping at Home Bargains, which we did. Our appeal was rejected without further explanation? There were only 5 or 6 cars in the car park so absolutely no lack of space. Will never shop there again.
