I wish you had a refund policy similar to Steam. I find myself buying from Steam more often than not. I purchased MGS Delta and now I am playing it and I really dislike it considering it is a PS2 game with an unplayable framerate (despite playing on a 4090) Now I spent $70ish bucks twice on a game that barely runs on my PC.

Bought a pre-released game with pre-release bonus, got the keys on the morning of release with the pre-order bonus etc as per advertised. It wasn't the cheapest key but it was cheaper then buying directly at steam (which adds up overtime) and it at no point gave my the idea it was a key that fell if the wagon or anything as such.
