Just had a query regarding my solar energy, the query was answered immediately by Gifty who provided all the necessary information. First class service !
I've been with Good Energy for a few years now, initially just because my solar panels were connected to the company. However, a couple of years ago I made the switch from one of the major suppliers because I wanted to back a company dedicated entirely to Green energy. Their website is clear, their service is good. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to queries and requests. I recently corresponded with Juliana about reducing my direct debit payments and getting a refund on the considerable credit I had built up. Juliana responded immediately and agreed to my request. It is very nice simply to deal with human beings who respond! I am very happy with the service and glad to be helping to promote sustainable energy practices.
Good energy has given us good service for several years. Khadija, who dealt with a query today, replied very quickly and was polite and knowledgeable. My only concern is that Good energy has become less ethical recently because of a buy-out.

Having a solar power battery installed by Good Energy Solar. All my queries were answered promptly and I received all the assistance I needed to ensure that I would continue to receive my FiT payments. The paperwork was all dealt with by email. Millie C was particularly helpful throughout.

This solar panel experience is completely new to me and the people ( conor and nessa)at good energy have made things more easy for me to understand and the app is also easy to negotiate as well which should make life easier in the future to submit meter readings etc. Thankyou good energy.

I have encountered problems with the call centre staff of this company before but my latest enquiry via the call centre was a pleasant experience thanks to a person called NESSA the problem was professionally dealt with and she ensure I did not move my account to a alternative provider many thanks she gets 10 out of 10 from me

Green Energy are a great company - refreshing change from other energy suppliers. I just requested a refund as my account was in credit and had a reply back from Manashi immediately suggesting a very reasonable amount and also a reduction on my direct debit. I'm so pleased I made the switch to them over a year ago.
