Paul Stott delivered a great SSSTS 2 day course. His engaging and informative style, combined with a direct approach and sharp sense of humour, made the sessions thoroughly enjoyable and easy to absorb. He kept the group energised and focused throughout, and his delivery made the two days fly by!
I had my training course done by Tony Miller and he was great, making sure you understood the material. I would definitely recommend.
Tony miller our instructor was very knowledgeable and helped us all understand health and safety in the work place.
It was well detailed and explained, he took time to explain and ask questions if we understood before moving on to the next topic

Paul Norman is a very intelligent individual who can demonstrate years of experience of which offers great insight into the subjects he discusses. I found him concise and engage my attention throughout the course and would not only encourage me to use gold cross again but to look out for Norman specifically.

Paul Norman was helpful with my line of work, advising me of what I am and not responsible for as a site manager. Paul was very engaging with the whole class and made the experience fun and enjoyable. We share similar experiences with regard to job roles and how we moved up to management.
