Paul Stott delivered a great SSSTS 2 day course. His engaging and informative style, combined with a direct approach and sharp sense of humour, made the sessions thoroughly enjoyable and easy to absorb. He kept the group energised and focused throughout, and his delivery made the two days fly by!
I had my training course done by Tony Miller and he was great, making sure you understood the material. I would definitely recommend.
Tony miller our instructor was very knowledgeable and helped us all understand health and safety in the work place.
It was well detailed and explained, he took time to explain and ask questions if we understood before moving on to the next topic

I would highly recommend Paul Norman &. Goldcross-training for your SMSTS Refresher update training. Our tutor was excellent and involved everyone taking part in the 2 day refresher. I have carried out many of these but this one was excellent while being fun while professional. You could not ask for a better trainer. 10/10 I would definitely book again.
