When placing the order
When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

I left instructions for the driver to please call, I did not receive a call or message and most importantly the delivery. Highly disappointed as we are a centre and rely on resources to keep our service users happy.
