The PT level 3 course and preceding Gym instructor course completely met my needs as a learner. As a more mature student I was most impressed with the delivery of the in person courses and the online materials. The modules were easy to follow allowing a consistent ongoing progression to be made in all matters relating to fitness, technique and programme scheduling. A detailed and informative nutrition module complemented the physical training aspect of the course and made for a holistic approach to improving health and wellbeing. Finally the considerations accounting for the recent Covid19 outbreak were outstanding enabling learning to go ahead with a minimum of disruption.

5 Star training for aspiring fitness professionals!! I have trained with Future Fit on their Level 4 Personal Training Diploma for the past 3 years. During this time, I have attended many practical workshops and completed their online courses. Throughout the duration of this time, I have found the entire team to be both knowledgeable, professional and helpful - even during the tough times caused by the pandemic and associated lockdowns. Excellent in proving online and practice workshops. Online learning is very straight forward to navigate through and broken down into categories. Very informative with videos for certain subjects. Tutor support is always on hand and the admin staff are very friendly and have lots of knowledge. Would definitely recommend future Fit for fitness qualifications. Even during the pandemic we currently all face future for pulled it out the bag with little disruption to learning and carrying on with your learning. . .
