Pilates assessment 06/07/2025
Amanda was really supportive during my assessment yesterday, the day ran smoothly, she put me at ease and all her feedback was really helpful and informative, thankyou Amanda.
I spoke with Rob White after booking an appointment on the FutureFit support page as I was really lost with what I needed to bring and do for the practical as COVID has pushed me back being able to book my practical for so long. Robert took the time to explain everything in great & clear detail to me step by step. Very helpful and if anybody is in the same boat I would urge them to use the Support line and book an appointment.
Overall my experience of the course was good, the assessment day was well structured and the assessor was very good. However in the lead up to the day the lack of communication between Future Fit and the students was not very good. The details for the practical assessment were only listed on the portal, which isn't easy to operate and I also had problems accessing it to book my course. A confirmation e-mail with the details of the assessment and a list of things you need to bring to the assessment would have been really helpful and would have saved a lot of stress thinking we may turn up without something we would need.
I hardly ever leave reviews but I really feel strongly about this and need to warn future potential customers (I wish I had visited this website before signing up). I hate to leave negative feedback but it needs to be done.
I originally signed up to multiple level 4 courses to help further my career as a Personal Trainer.
Unfortunately due to covid my courses with Future Fit were cancelled, completely understandable. During this time I made the decision to go to university as I was struggling financially during the pandemic and thought now would be the perfect time to receive a student loan and further my career. I contacted Future Fit and their customer support was completely unsympathetic, stubborn and refused to even consider allowing me out of the contract or allow me contact with the manager, even when I offered to let them keep the money I had already paid via direct debit. I understand I’m bound into a contract but given the circumstances and the global pandemic, I was expecting a little more sympathy from Future Fit rather than “it’s too late, you had 14 days to cancel”, like I knew a global pandemic was around the corner.
Fast forward to today, I’m finally booked onto my course a year later, to which I turn up and only 1 other student is there, the course was cancelled with zero communication and no updates online on the student zone either (even after receiving a text at the start of the week warning us to prepare for our course today). Both of us requested compensation for the petrol used and the money lost from having to cancel clients to be there, all we were offered was an extra CPD course which obviously isn’t going to pay for money lost today.
The woman who spoke to me was very lovely, but the fact the management, even after this event, refuse to help me or sympathise is ridiculous. I know it is 100% feasible to opt out of this contract as I have spoken to the finance company directly and they advised Future Fit could cancel it on their end. Personally if it were my company I’d be calling students personally and doing all I can to avoid receiving negative reviews.
I wish I’d never signed up to these courses, all of which I’m still paying for monthly and still have yet to attend due to no fault of my own.
I am part way through the Future Fit Gym Instructor Level 2 and Personal Training Level 3 qualification and whilst the content seems pretty good, the e-learning platform and the support and responses to questions is very poor. Right from the start I was unable to log in and so starting the course was very delayed as it took so long for Tech support to contact me... I had to phone in the end and wait in a call queue for 40 mins to speak to someone. I was told that the delay in response was due to them transitioning to a new system which I understood and that my issue was that their new system was not working well with Mac devices - which all of my devices were. Anyhow, I eventually got going, but the system is limited. Simple things like changing password is not possible and so I have to keep looking up the original computer generated password (basically numbers!) that I was issued to log on so can't put my own familiar one in. The frames to view some of the content don't work on iPads... part of the content screen is cut off. It happens on mac laptops but I can adjust it on the laptop, not on the Mac. I wrote to tech support asking for support with this on 11th May and by 25th still had no response so had to write again. I have also found the roadmap hard to navigate, its a bit confusing to know what course I need to do next as there is a list of courses on my learners portal, some that are not applicable to my programmes and they are in random order so I can't just work through them in linear order. It's disappointing as I had a great chat with the sales person originally and it seemed as though personal support was a key feature for Future Fit which is why I opted for this course over the others, even though this was almost double the cost. It's such a shame as the support, personal and technical is really letting this down and is just such a vital factor in virtual learning. Prior to applying I had just completed my ITEC course with Brighton Holistics and they were the opposite with regards to any questions and support, they gave such a speedy and personal response for a course a quarter of the price.
I am living my dream life with my new career thanks to Future Fit!
So I started with Future Fit back in 2016 and it’s changed my life, I mean really. I was in the corporate world and exhausted, lost my body and mind so I decided to do what I felt would change that by enrolling in a Future Fit course. I signed up for the ‘Total Immersion’ and this pretty much would enable me to transform my career to work in fitness & nutrition. It would be a long road with so many qualifications but it would be so worth it. The e-learning which I must say worried me even became enjoyable and give me a sense of achievement everytime I went on as it updated instantly! I met so many along the way, like minded individuals and now friends for life! I have still continual support from them as I still study to this day as the industry is so evolving you need to keep on top of the game. They helped me believe in myself and achieve far more than I set out to do. The support I’ve received from the tutors and the in-house team has been second to none, they really have made me feel valued & part of the family. I’m happy to say I’m now a health coach working online and my future is bright. I get so many future benefits as a student and continually learning as they are always keeping me in the loop. I’ve big plans and I’m forever thankful that I signed up with Future Fit and I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants a career in the industry.
Future Fit Training have been brilliant right from the word go.
All the courses and workshops have been delivered fantastically and at a very high level. The courses have been very informative, the members of staff have been very knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful.
I would highly recommend anyone looking into beginning a course to do so with Future Fit Training you won't regret it!

I am trying to contact your student support constantly about what my next steps are but it is genuinely like talking into the void. No response, I am straight up not getting what I am paying good money for.
Not once have I been contacted by a tutor about my progress, which really is a dig at my own motivation, not to mention that the "new student zone" is a terribly made user experience.
I am hoping this will get your attention better then your own student support, if not I will be cancelling my direct debit. I am not receiving the services I am paying for.
So far, future fit have been amazing to train with. The resources provided for the theory modules are really useful, informative and concise which provide more than enough knowledge for the theory exams. I have had nothing but super helpful tutors and advisors who give regular checkups as well as really prompt replies and the online portals are clear and easy to use and are lay out in a progressive and structured manner. I have yet to attend the practical workshops but have much faith in that they will be as professional as the theory modules. So far, I would absolutely recommend future fit to anyone considering training with them.
Mock exams are not even close to the real theory exams. So expect the very first exam to fail but when you book to re-sit £50 fee applies. Wait time for getting through the phone 20 mins( sales line immediate answer of course). Venues for practical classes are the cheapest run down gyms don’t expect any high end good quality venue. All in all, fancy website to pull you in but expect to fail both theory and practical assesements. Online student zone always modified so makes it very difficult to navigate. They happily make you fail your asessements Don’t expect to get your diploma smoothly especially if you are a foreigner
I have really enjoyed my experience with future fit. The employees are very helpful and polite on the phone.i have progressed so much and future fit have helped me progress a lot faster especially as I struggle with learning and taking in information. I have enjoyed the experience so much that I have and will recommend future fit to many others.
