Bentley Walker have simply the very best customer service. They are quick, responsive and knowledgeable - nothing is too complicated or too much trouble. If only all helpdesks were like this!
Freedomsat 4G, Fibre & Satellite Broadband Internet is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about expensive.

So very helpful with both general and technical questions. Nothing was too much trouble which made information flow in both directions. Living on Crete is both enjoyable and can be often difficult so knowing is key.
Lewis was very patient with me and guided me through setting up my account, excellent and helpful customer service!
I had no problems with Freedomsat, unfortunately the 3rd party installers give you an appointment 8am to 8pm. The engineer is supposed to ring you on the day to give you a time, never happened, which I don't consider great. The dish arrived damaged, again not Freedomsat fault so then had to wait another 18 days for the installers to come back. All working fine now, just waiting for our IT guy to link it up.
I've spoken to Lewis today via the online chat and he was brilliant answering all the questions and trying to see if we can find a solution to my very difficult location - I live rural in a forest, so no line of sight to anything and no 4G either...
Great company to deal with. Very efficient and pro-active in sorting out any problems. System worked to specification in all weather conditions.
Very helpful and engaged sales person. Smooth transition on Freedonsats side. Set up seems complicated but actually explained well it happened easily. Hope the ongoing service continues at the same level will be very happy if it does.
The package arrived - connected yesterday. Within barely 24 hours - the signal was strong but no internet, Frustrated and disappointed.
Went through the agent in Crete. Remote switch on was perfect. Kept UK IP address which is great. System looks stable, so all good. Agent in Crete is very customer focused and very responsive.

I have been a customer for a long time, probably 15 years. I have always found the company 1st class. I have always found somebody to talk to and solve any problem immediately. I live in a remote rural area and thus their satellite broadband was the only option. Now I have fibre to the door. Sadly I have to leave Freedomsat. A five star company with 5 star people.
This is a good service, but reconnection always seems to have issues. The technocal supoort, however, are patient and helpful

I have just signed up to fibre broadband with Freedomsat Fibre and the whole experience has been smooth. I was originally with BT and once my order was placed with Freedomsat I soon received an automated message from BT stating that my service would be moving on the date agreed with Freedomsat. Freedomsat checked if I really wanted to keep my landline explaining that BT were ceasing all landlines in 2025 (checked this with BT and it is true) and so I saved a decent amount of money ditching my landline and just going for fibre broadband with Freedomsat. Speeds are slightly better than what I had with BT.

So for context the house is in the middle of nowhere and we have no mobile signal, exceptionally limited access to internet. It's really really painful getting anything sorted. Lewis Walsh was exceptional in understanding the situation, managing our expectations, keeping us informed with regards to when things would happen and how. He liaised with the third parties and sorted everything for us with minimal stress and fuss. Absolutely delighted. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and would happily recommend. We are a tough customer and it was just managed and dealt with.
