Front and back doors
I recently had 2 doors installed and am very happy with the finished product, everyone I dealt with were polite and helpful. The installers did a great job and left with minimal mess I definitely recommend

We have had 9 windows done
We have had 9 windows done, and the front and back doors all replaced. The work was completed on time with no problems, as the installers were of the highest standards. The quality of the product has made a big difference to the value of our house, so I would personally like to thank Mike Charnell, Jordan Harris, and Jaz Powar, for their excellent installation work that they carried out in three hot days, so thank again and we are very pleased with the result

The team that provided the installation of my windows and doors were Iuian Mindru and Michael Baker. They were very polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them . When the installation was complete they went through the whole process of how everything worked. It was a pleasure to have them work on my property.I would also like to thank Dean Lazel for thoroughly and professionally helping me through the process.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
We had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Hannah the Design Consultant visit was very confident and encouraging regarding her knowledge, the products she was selling, the workmanship and fitting experience we should expect and was good to know she was on end of line if needed. Installation team was carried out by Rob & Jordan, They are extremely skilled in their profession and gave us the confidence in the products they were fitting. They explained all aspects of how the windows, doors, locks work and checked all works with us when finished. Apart from having new windows and doors just fitted you wouldn’t have known Rob & Jordan had been in our house as they left house in immaculate condition and left no evidence they had been apart from a fresh look to our house. We went on holiday a week after fitting and I felt confident about going, knowing the new product design and locking features would help keep our home as safe as it possibly could. Hannah, Rob & Jorden are very professional, friendly, massive asset to the company and a pleasure to have them in our home. Thank you to All at First Home Improvements for the whole experience we received and would highly recommend FHI to anyone.

Great workmanship
Steven & Frankie arrived to install new side window, and rear window and door to my garage. Very polite, friendly and pleasant. Giving 5 stars due to the workmanship. All nicely done. A little more clearing up by myself afterwards required. Left door as suggested untouched until next day. Unfortunately required a little adjustment, as would not close after opening due to some settling over night. Prompt visit by service engineer soon sorted it out.

Recently had a new window changed from wood to PVC/laminate with more energy efficient windows. Took a couple of hours to install with minimal effort and a high quality finish.Really pleased with the results.

Window Replacement - A Job Well Done
We have just had the windows replaced on our bungalow and are happy with the whole experience, from the initial visit from Craig, who ran through all our options and requirements, to the installation itself. The whole process was pretty much without hiccup, albeit one of our existing windows had no intention of coming out!!! However, it did eventually, and the team (excellent guys) got the whole job done in one day as promised. The guys were really efficient, polite, good humoured, and kept us advised as to their progress. There were a couple of minor issues that were promptly resolved and my wife and I are very happy with the service First Home Improvements has provided - so much so, we're having them back to do our porch and replace all the facias and soffits. Thanks guys!!

3 years on and not happy
I have had my windows and doors fitted for about 3 years now and not happy with the quality of the materials used, the screws and hinges in the windows have started to go rusty and the chrome on the front door handle is now flaking off. I would have thought it would be a lot longer before I had any problems

Highly recommended!
Polite and professional! Our installation team were Michael Jones and Craig Edwards. They were great! They did a fab job with our windows, they explained everything we needed to know. After the installation they made sure they tidied up the mess left behind (which wasn’t too much!) and did a pristine job! Absoloutly chuffed with our windows. Thankyou!

Such a bad company
We had a valuation. I was very disappointed. I was promised a quote with no pressure to buy. I was given a hugely over the top quote for over £10000 for 5 windows & 1 door. I live in a 2 bed house, and the windows are not big, and 2 of the windows are tiny. He then turns and tells me a story about the neighborhood has ordered works with them and if they fit me in the same timeframe of works carried which of course was a lie and that he could use some of that money to give us a discount if we signed there and then for price of £7100. Have in mind £7100 is the price with discount of £2500 from H2B Scheme. Then £100 deposit was collected on the day and they refused to refund them as 8 days have already passed ?!? I have the right to cancel and get refund within 30 days of the order !!!! Do not do any business with them - absolute scammers. Claiming money from schemes and still overcharge the clients. 🚩🚩🚩
