Website works well and the customer support was EXCELLENT! But the games you get from the random boxes? All absolute garbage. I know they show you some good games but that's like 1/1000 chance. We just get the left overs, the surplus stock they can't get rid of. I understand it, I do...but it's just.... so disappointing.

Out of my first three orders, two were flagged for "manual authorization" with no explanation. Emailing support fixed it, but they refused to provide any reason and just send you a canned response without actually addressing the content of your "ticket". Not worth saving a few dollars to be treated like you did something wrong and having to email support each time you make a purchase. I will likely just go through Steam directly going forward.

cheap games in bundles, what more can you ask

I purchased the Summer Superstars Collection (Summer 2025), and the payment was taken immediately through PayPal (which I used for an extra layer of security). However, right after charging me, they placed the order under a so-called “manual review”. It’s quite strange that they take the money first and only then decide they cannot provide the game keys, claiming the purchase is under review. Even more suspicious when their own website states that only about 1% of orders should go through this process... And finally, without giving me any explanation or even asking me anything for this “manual review,” they simply canceled my order. Now I’m left waiting for a refund that could take up to 5 days. This situation is truly unacceptable, and it completely destroys my trust in ever buying from this website again.
