I hv been with EL for like 13-14 yrs. and it’s an amazing Tution center. The way their tutors teach is absolutely remarkable. But they shud try introducing cheaper Tution options for struggling families.
Explore Learning is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate professional and service, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

We’ve been taking our daughter to Explore Learning for about 5 years. She stayed at the Beeston centre and then moved to West Bridgford when they opened. We couldn’t be happier. She’s come on in leaps and bounds. She has extra needs and finds it hard to concentrate and not get distracted but the team are patient and encouraging and that has enabled her to try her very best when she’s there. The improvement in her English and Maths has been spectacular and we are sure that without Explore Learning she wouldn’t be as far in her learning as she is now. Our daughter would like to give a special shout out to Noor, Yomna and Sean who all, in her own words, “totally get her and understand”. Highly recommend for anybody who’s child is struggling at school and needs that more one to one support, even when the session is at capacity (6 children to 1 tutor) she copes much better than at school.

My daughter has been coming to south Leeds about 4 years it really is the best tutor programme. Lockdown showed this my daughter still thrived and didn't decline despite multiple isolations. What makes Explore different is that the tutors become like a friendly peer supporting them rather than just a teacher giving work or parent pushing them them to work. This makes the child feel relaxed and want to learn they build trusting bonds during their sessions. I brought my daughter not just for education but because she felt stupid. Explore gives them confidence and helps them to believe in them self which is priceless and transfers into the their own classrooms. My daughters sessions every week with Codee and she always there to chat and ask her how she is and make her feel comfortable and it helps achieve her best. All tutors and managers do their best to support not just students but parents.

Having to remind the centre about tutor session every week is quite annoying.

I am so pleased my son is a member of learning explore . He has been a member of the willow centre. His teachers name is Faaris and he has been a great role model to my son. I would like to thank Faaris and the team for the support they have provided to my son. Thank you

I am really glad I started sending my kids to Explore, I can see a real difference in their school results.! Abbey the practice manager was really helpful and suggested some really good ways to keep kids feeling challenged and interested at the same time.

We have been using explore learning since September 2019. We noticed that our child was falling behind in school and was losing confidence in her ability to achieve in maths and English. She also has a lot going on as she suffers from anxiety etc. Having a consistent tutor has always been key for her learning as she needs to feel safe with the adults around her. Many of the tutors she has had have been excellent and really taken the time to understand how she learns and how to get the best out of her, but a special mention must go to Jenny who has been her tutor for about a year. She went above and beyond what we expected and always had a smile and a kind word and encouragement for our daughter. Intuitively understood when she was struggling (from a mental health point of view) and still managed to get the best out of her. Explore are always ready to listen in our experience and there to help support in school learning.

We have been using Explore in west bridgford for a couple of years now after it became increasingly evident that due to Medical reasons our son was finding certain aspects of learning difficult. He started off at the centre in very small groups which were swapped about to I assume (balance the groups) The centre is well managed by Ashleigh and her team and have a robust checking in and out system to ensure the students safety. Unfortunately our son’s anxiety made him reluctant to attend so Ashleigh gave us possible solutions and we opted for 1:1 online sessions. Our son now has the most AMAZING tutor Chloe who just gets him and he is really flourishing and looks forward to his sessions with her. Once again I would like to thank Ashleigh and her team but a HUGE THANKYOU to Chloe you are amazing.

We are so happy with Explore Learning and wholeheartedly recommend it! Our son has been doing online lessons during Years 8 and 9. He finds it engaging and really enjoys his sessions with his tutor, Victoria. Also, it's helped him immensely at school. In the parent consultations last week, his maths teacher told us that only twelve other students had reached his level in maths, amongst 360 students in his year. She is planning for him to do further maths at GCSE, and then tried to sell us on him doing A level maths (steady on!). His English teacher said that he is at the top of his set 2 class. I don't think any of that would have happened without the additional input of Explore Learning. It's been great.

The staff members are supportive and very understanding. Special thank you for Finchley brunch who was understanding around busy family schedule time and being also very supportive on the education side. The team is constantly monitoring the results and progress of the children, which was very impressive sometimes we parents cannot think and see through their education barriers. With a warm constant encouragement, and re enforcement of practise, communication was always clear and progress was positive and measurable. They were creating the calm environment to enhance the growth of our children and build resilient in them. Special thanks For Vishnjua.

We joined Explore learning to provide extra educational support during lockdown - 2 years on we continue to use them as the support & progress my daughter has made has been fabulous. The tools they use really assess your child's capabilities, which enables them to match your child with the right tutors. There is an array of lessons you can select from including virtual/in person, group & 1:1 - we have tried them all over our time with Explore & enables you to change things up. The parent 1:1 reviews are in depth & all the tutors our child has had have been great. The fact that the child can exchange the lizard points they earn for physical rewards is an added incentive! Our child has gained in confidence & skills enabling her to pass the entrance exams to the secondary school we applied for. THANK YOU to Erin, Victoria, Rachel, Zoe, Ciaran & Charlie for all your help & support over the years!
