I hv been with EL for like 13-14 yrs. and it’s an amazing Tution center. The way their tutors teach is absolutely remarkable. But they shud try introducing cheaper Tution options for struggling families.

My child absolutely loves attending…
My child absolutely loves attending Explore Learning and looks forward to every session. The staff are always enthusiastic, professional, and do care about the children's progress. They create a welcoming and supportive environment and are always so positive. The full team are amazing and work brilliantly with my child. I’ve noticed clear progress in my child’s understanding and confidence since starting almost a year ago. I like the fact that they give regular, helpful feedback on my child’s progress which keeps me informed and involved in my child’s learning journey. I highly recommend this service to any parent looking for extra support with their child’s education!

Excellent
My daughter has joined the tutoring session for 2 years. Jiana, her tutor, has been an outstanding tutor for the past two years, supporting my child in both Maths and English. Under her guidance, we successfully prepared for the 11+ exam, private school entry exams, and SATs — all with excellent results. Also. I am very grateful with all the help of Elm centre (namely, Holly, Baraka and Liv) All the staffs has been very supportive in assisting our progress along with. All questions or difficulties I had were answered or discussed right away. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a dedicated and effective tutor.

Explore Learning tutors Preston
We tried a few tutors over the years and explore learning in Deepdale Preston is by far the best! All the tutors are friendly, enthusiastic and approachable. The centre is well appointed, parking is easy and the centre is very well run by the very diligent and courteous manager Bemi. Five stars would recommend!!

Didn't even turn up to a trial session
Organised a free trial session for 6pm, waited online for 10 minutes and there was still no one who turned up to the Teams call. I then phoned the number provided on the conformation email and no answer. What a great way to introduce your company by not turning up to the first session and no communication as to whether it had been postponed or cancelled. I hyped my son up all day to say he will be having a trial session to help his phonics and so when there was no one who turned up on the call, you can imagine the disappointment a 6 year old would feel. This is meant to be a company who help children achieve more and you can't even turn up to a trial session or answer a phone so what standard does this set for a child who is struggling with their phonics at such a young age?
