I put The decaf Earl grey tea in a plastic airtight container and it ate away the inside of the container I threw the container which was brand new and the tea in the garbage. The Scottish breakfast tea I like very much. I will never buy decaf tea from you guys again

Very fragile crackers were packed loosely in an oversized box (but it was tagged as FRAGILE). With the very rough handling by FedEx (heavily damaged box upon arrival) I received packages of cracker-meal with very few whole crackers.
