Not satisfied, Poor customer service will find some one else text month to deliver My water

I have primarily been a purchaser of P & G tips over the past several years. Recently P & G changes the design of the tea bag and outer packaging. I suspect it was a cost savings move since the box is smaller and the tea bags are flat now and come in layers of two bags with perforations so we have to now separate the two in order to get one bag to make tea. The smaller box is nice for storage, however about every 20 or so bags one of the bags tears open when trying to separate the pairs at the perforation. So, in every box of 80 bags 4 are waisted. I’ve considered cutting the pairs with scissors as I transfer the bags from the box to my tea bag canister. Bottom line is that I now have to do this work to get my tea bags and it is not without waste.

I found some hard to find items at a great price. We had a small issue with one item and customer service was fantastic.

The English Tea Store is one of my 2 "go tos" when I need certain products from the UK that are too expensive on our shelves or not obtainable in the quantities I want. Shipping is always timely and availability is usually good. Communication is always good.

The preserves, clotted cream and assorted honeys I received went great with our charcuterie board and the honeys have been fun to mix into teas to add fun flavors to them

I love the English Tea Store, but I wish the tea itself were labeled with the info that’s on the website. I ordered several types of tea and couldn’t remember what was what. Also, it makes me less likely to give tea as a gift. But otherwise I think it’s excellent, and my daughter loved her Valentine’s Day care package! :)

Excellent customer service and best selection of products

I had not purchased from here in a while, and I'm glad I did. I always get the Buckingham Palace Garden party tea, and I tried the Apple and Spice tea and the Cranberry apple teas. All are wonderful!! I also got some jelly babies for me, and chocolates as well. All fresh, all wonderful. Thank you again for the quality merchandise and excellent products. Takes me back to childhood in Scotland.
