I’ve been ordering Scottish Toffee Puerrh tea from you for quite some time, this last batch wasn’t as flavorful as it’s always been in the past. I was disappointed.

English Tea Store has a good variety of teas and other foods. The site is easy to navigate. Of course, one wishes that prices were a little lower, but sadly prices will probably be going up. Still, ETS seems to be doing the best they can to keep prices down.

I bought 6 jars of jam, one had a loose lid and I got a quick refund. That was good. They all were quite old. Some within 3 months of expiration. That is old for jam. In the store it usually has about a 2 year expiration.

Love the products, pricing and service. Please bring back the Scottish Breakfast Tea, tea bags, individually wrapped, in box of 50 (or even 100). Individually wrapped are essential for having in my bag, taking on travel, including in homemade gift baskets.
