I like the tea and the tea box that I ordered for myself last year so I ordered one for a friend. The one pictured and that I chose in my phone order was not sent; another wood color was sent. I didn't mind and didn't even mention it to my friend. But today I called to see if the teas that I wanted her to have and were pictured on-line could be sent. Of course, I would pay but asked for free shipping. The agent would not do that. That seems like a poor business decision. Due to the wrong box being sent, I could have asked for it to be returned at no cost, but I didn't ask for that. I wasn't asking for much.

I love the English Tea Store for their excellent products and customer service. However, this is the third time I've been asked to review my recent purchase, and I submitted my review the first time. Is their a glitch in your computer program? Your email is no-reply, so I had to comment here.

I was looking for loose green teas. My husband and I love the two we purchased.

Double Bergamot Earl Grey Tea. Used to have a little mom and pop store in Vermont who had a comparable tea. Alas, they closed. I found the Double Bergamot Earl Grey Tea at ETS. The tea looked good so I ordered some. Some of the best Earl Grey I ever had.
