You always carry my favorite tea (Sowmee), the packaging is sensible, the service is brisk, the delivery fast and easy - what's not to love?

Ii received exactly what I ordered and it arrived at a reasonable time.

Delivery was good, nothing damaged

Good experience. Would have been better if rain check was available- they were out of several flavors I wanted and removed one from my order. Discounts was not applied to a specific brand and customer service never told me why.

Deliveries are on time, packaged nicely and I love the ability to try out new teas with the one oz sized selection.

You need to improve your packaging. Half of the order of jelly arrived broken. One of the replacements arrived with the jar opened. All preventable if more care was taken in the shipment. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted a replacement sent, I was refunded the price of the damaged jar.

My items were correct, sent on schedule and arrived undamaged. Once again a great purchase. I will be purchasing from English Tea Store again.
