Excellent! Service and selection is available from this company for the past 20 years.

I like their tea, but my current order is over a week old and still has not shipped. Several days in, I followed up and heard that one of the items was back ordered (no one bothered to inform me until I reached out). Then the item came back in stock and they said it will ship “soon.” That was three days ago. Each time I reach out they give me the same answer. Very frustrating.

I love this website and this tea shop. Easy to navigate, arrives on time, and products come as described. I’m using the clotted cream and jams for an afternoon tea and they were the perfect complement to my party!

Loved the flavored teas I ordered (blueberry, huckleberry & strawberry) & the Walkers shortbread items. I had also ordered a large bag of organic Darjeeling & there was some kind of problem because it tasted like grass had been mixed in. I contacted the store to let them know there was an issue, but I knew it couldn’t be returned. However, they actually refunded me for the bad tasting tea! So great they did that!

Nutcracker is my favorite tea year round. It is delicious with its hint of almond and candied fruit and subtle sweetness. It is delightful

The items I ordered - 3 different teas and a William Morris “Anthina” teapot - were well packaged and arrived as stated. The Scottish Breakfast, Yunnan, and Rooibos loose leaf teas are excellent. Fresh and properly dated as well. The teapot is in use everyday. Not keen that it is made in China (they did not hide that fact, it is in the specs) as I wanted authentic English made tea ware but for the price, it is beautiful and good for casual daily tea time. Would definitely order from ETS again.

The English Breakfast tea was absolutely fabulous. Best I've ever tasted. Also ordered what I thought was lemon filled candy, but the photo on the packaging was misleading. Disappointed by that.

Exceptionally good customer service. The item was damaged slightly during the shipping process, through no fault of the English Tea Store. They sent a replacement immediately, without any hassle. The second item arrived perfectly, and I love it. That is a good way to conduct business.
